Are you sure it isn't the other side that's broken? I had something similar occurring on my 2017 and had to replace this part. Specifically, the black rectangular bit of plastic wears out, but that part is on the opposite side of the tail gate.

I did need to put in led lights in the headlight. The DRL’s worked as intended but I did need to add a resistor to the blinker so the sequential LED’s work right.

Magnet on the air vent, thin metal plate inside the phone case. Holds steady and works well. If you don’t use a phone case the metal plate may look bad on the back of the phone though.

Thanks for the reply but I don't have that tray on the top above my radio. I ended up getting a suction cup holder that has hinged arms and it also has a built in wireless charger and mechanical sides that close on the phone to secure it when you place the phone on it. If you haven't already bought something, this is the best one i found so far. It fits perfect (with a little trimming) in the middle dash pocket thing (can't think of what it's called now) above the radio if you don't have the nav/screen. My wife kept borrowing it so I bought one for her too. Nothing to wear out.

I had an SV until the other day when I got a new Pro 4X. It did not come with a hitch or wiring, so I installed it from U Haul.

The big part attaches to the trailer either via a couple of screws, or just some small ratchet straps. Then you just plug in the receiver to your cigarette plug.

so a while ago I got some led lights from amazon here. They worked for a few months then started blowing the fuse. I have regular bulbs back in but I'd like something much brighter. Are there any bulbs any of you know of that work out of the box without having to install resistors?

I'm not out at the truck any more but good to know. I already replaced a 15A fuse because the cig/12V outlet that is only hot when the key is ON, was blown out. Fixed that.

Other identified issues:

1. Has no tow package, but I don't need it until I move next year (Navy, will be pulling a small rented U-Haul for some stuff I don't want movers taking, such as my motorcycle.) If I buy everything myself from CURT via amazon, it's about $300. Might wind up worth the time to just have U-Haul do it after all. I'll get an estimate some time. $94 of that is if I need a brake controller.
2. Passenger side window doesn't roll down, I think it's this, because I hear the motor spin up when I hit the button to raise or lower the window. Could it just be misaligned and previous owner never fixed it or, didn't notice because perhaps they never bothered to roll it down?
3. Sometimes at low speeds, the 4LO light illuminates and the 2WD/4WD indicator goes blank, but from what I've read this is a sensor issue and not an issue with my actual axles, transmission or anything. Could this actually be a big deal? I guess I should know now, but Washington state doesn't have lemon laws. Did I get sold a fucked up truck?
4. I only have one key, and that key doesn't lock or unlock the tailgate. Don't plan on getting a camping topper so that's not a big deal. Might not unlock the glove compartment or center console, either. I wonder if a dealership can cut me a key for that for a fair price since that couldn't possibly be a digitized key. Probably just based on the VIN.

Does the trick for me. In addition to the air compressor I have traction mats and a tow strap. Just in case. Those three things I feel are essentials for beach driving. Well worth the investment. Maybe like $150-200 total.

These are the ones I bought for my 2012 Titan S. They mount just fine but I don't have power mirrors at all so I just tucked the wire in the door. Not sure how the connections will work for you but they will mount.

It was actually on there when i bought it. I looked this morning and there wasn't a brand stamped into it anywhere. My window shades are AVS though, and my bug deflector looks a little different than the OEM one.
