I love Good Night Farm and read it before bed most nights. It’s a board book (so it’s more durable and kiddo can turn the pages herself) and it has little swatches of fabric on the pages (like the horses mane, the cow’s spot, one of the baby chickens) so kiddo has something interesting to feel on each page. If you go on amazon and look up “touch and feel books” you can find a lot of different ones that offer the cool fabric or texture feature. I think it makes it a little more interesting for babies.
I want to try. Society will work against me. I will focus on being open and learning about yourself and people. I think it's about teaching a mindset rather than raising perfectly neutral. I plan to read a few books on it, like https://smile.amazon.com/Parenting-Beyond-Pink-Blue-Stereotypes/dp/160774502X
I just bought these nursing bras on Amazon at 5 weeks because my breasts were just getting out of hand, and recieved them about an hour ago. I went a size up and finally feel like I have some breathing room!
I figure I'll want them after baby is born, anyway, and I didn't want to be constricted and miserable anymore. I say go for nursing bras!
before being pregnant I had switched to sleeping on my back from my side from shoulder pain (ugh the irony am I right?). Relearning to sleep on my side was killing my shoulders again so I broke and got a pregnancy pillowto see if it would help. OH. MY. GAH. Worth every penny! I have a regular pillow placed under the pregnancy pillow (to get proper support for my neck) and tuck my arm through the gap between the pillows and there's a significant reduction of stress on my shoulder joint.
I came across this Groupon ad for discounted 3/D 4/D ultrasound in FT. Lauderdale, FL.

Sorry for the long link, I'm on mobile.
I tried posting this on babybumps but it got deleted because I dunno, I'm not cool enough or something. Anyway, this really got me yesterday. Instant tears. Before kids I wouldn't have even glanced at this article, but now, give me all the touching birth stories.
The munchkin lulla-vibe (seems Amazon doesn't have great stock, but it's at Target etc. too). You just stick it under whatever you've set baby in (rock n play, bassinet, swing, etc) and it vibrates, kinda or the car does. Helped my son sleep so much better! https://smile.amazon.com/Munchkin-Lulla-Vibe-Vibrating-Mattress-Pad/dp/B009UPUFCY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=MLBTFFUWIUGA&keywords=munchkin+lulla-vibe&qid=1551316260&s=gateway&sprefix=lulla-vibe&sr=8-1
I have started having trouble pooping too! I usually go once or twice a day so skipping a day and having to strain is SO not like me.
I am taking psyllium husks, I've taken them in the past to bulk up smoothies to stave of hunger but what they are really good at is bulking and smoothing stools. They are what metamucil is made of but just the natural stuff (I don't really like the flavoring). It is gritty and tastes like cream of wheat but is not bad. Take a tsp a day with a full glass of water and you will have the most effortless poops. Drink it very quickly because it will form a gel and then it's harder to drink. I get it from amazon. The reviews are pretty hilarious, everyone says it has changed their life.
Also think about a squatty potty as well :)
I've been doing these, because I'm lazy and anything I can Prime instead of the store, I WILL. I like the flavor of them but i dont have any fruit aversion (knock on wood).
I got this one from Amazon. It had enough reviews I felt comfortable going for it. I do have to put a pillow under the upper part to get my neck/head enough support but its really not a big deal. I'm also on the petite side and find I can adjust it enough for me to be comfortable.
RLS is a bitch isn't it?! Mine has been kicking up a bit since getting pregnant. I haven't been working out as much (OK at all) and that normally is what helps keep it in check. The daily walks with the doggo aren't quite doing it.
I found some that I love on Amazon of all places. They have a brief and a thong style. Both are very comfy with and without bump! I am wearing my normal size in thong during the day and the brief style at night (just my preference) With my first pregnancy I sized up on the briefs in the 3rd tri, they were great for the last few months and holding the giant mattress pads you wear for a month after.

It's definitely not your typical birth app. You won't find weekly comparison of baby to fruit sizes, but for the cost of a fancy coffee you will find self-reflection, communication, and hopefully some extra confidence. ❤

If anyone is looking for a cheaper Align alternative, I’ve really liked these Amazon align-knock offs (though obv haven’t worn them v. preg yet) -

My almost 15 month old is also Boynton obsessed! We once read Dinosaur Dance 6 times in a row. Right now we're on a Little Pookie kick Little Pookie Collection
I also have these
I don’t like them quite as much as the other ones I posted a link too, definitely not for sleeping, but these ones are padded and definitely won’t show anything!
