I've been vegan for 6 years and it's the best decision I ever made.
Please check out r/vegan and r/vegan1200isplenty (lots of other vegan subs but 1200 is plenty is a good place if you are trying to not eat a bunch of vegan junk food). I'd also encourage you to get super familiar with nutritionfacts.org Videos on every topic and they are educational and humorous. (They are also on youtube).
Here is my daily breakfast (I use cronometer.com to track everything I eat):
Loaded Oatmeal bowl:
1/4 rolled/instant oats (dry)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
add enough water and microwave
then add:
1 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter (I make my own w/ just oil-free peanuts and salt)
1/2 a sliced banana (I freeze the other half for use in smoothies)about 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts
dash of cinnamon
Stir and enjoy
This keeps me full for hours and starts the day off really well. You can buy a bunch of bananas, slice and freeze them, and then add them to the bowl pre-microwave and they get nice and hot and gooey. I do it this way when my bananas get too ripe.
P.S. Happy to support you in your transition. Feel free to DM me.
I don't know if anyone mentioned it previously, but there is an app called 'My Spiritual Toolkit' that can be found here: My Spiritual ToolKit - OA. It has templates for 10ths, evening reflections, readings, prayers etc. I personally don't use it anymore, but as a newbie years ago I found it helpful.

It's on the OA.org website, which is a better way of finding info than chancing on someone answering on here in a timely manner, I imagine.
Sorry you've been spoken to this way. I think this is part of the reason so many of us are finding a home in OA. For me, it's incredible that I get to sit in a room with people who have the same problems I do. That when they share, I'm overwhelmed with how much I relate to their struggles. That I don't have to suck in my stomach. That I can talk about my food issues openly and receive no judgement at all, ever, only understanding, support, and encouragement. There are SO MANY people just like us. And honestly, I am a woman, and people still don't take me seriously. They think it's just a funny quirk of mine. You have to be your own advocate. Get the help you deserve. There's a zoom meeting at 11 am EST, come join us. You don't have to talk, or be seen, you can call in from a cell phone if you want. Link: https://zoom.us/j/573405436
