I take one pill of those, 3 times a day. I bet the one you bought would work 3 times a day but if not, give that one a shot.
Someone suggested this one because it has Magnesium Taurate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Malate and I really like it: https://www.amazon.com/Triple-Calm-Magnesium-Glycinate-Relaxation/dp/B01GW4V7MC/ref=sr\_1\_4\_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=magnesium+calm&qid=1626629977&sr=8-4-spons&psc=1&smid=A2TH4LXU50WW0P&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzNkVS...

You could have a magnesium deficiency that is causing the palpitations. If you are open to trying a supplement to fix that then read below:
Take one of these magnesium pills (in the Amazon link below) with breakfast, and if you need to, take another at night with dinner.
These will calm your heart down and they even regulate blood pressure in case yours is on the higher end with your family history. The 3 types of magnesium in this supplement are easily absorbable and don’t cause any side effects like other forms of magnesium like oxide for instance.
With that said you still should take with food.
I suffer from palpitations and these ills have been a godsend. I think I also had a magnesium deficiency which most people have (if you consume a western diet) and this is correcting that for me.
Give it a try!
Trust me I know how you feel, don’t worry about it.
I just started taking triple calm magnesium and it is helping me a ton. I think I’ve only felt 2-3 palpitations today and they were very weak. Link below for it.
The 3 types of magnesium in this supplement are easily digestible and easy on the stomach compared to other types with side effects like cramping nausea and diarrhea.
Serving size is 2 pills but I feel great with just 1. Only 75 total mg of mag in 1 capsule.
If you decide to try it out, take one pill with breakfast and see how you feel throughout the day. Hope this helps.
It’s not a supplement for the potassium it’s just a drink that has 20% of your daily value of potassium. It’s like a Gatorade but not as sweet. I take a magnesium supplement off Amazon Magnesium Stress Relief Gummies... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q5Y3NX4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I take these which contain d-ribose. And I do think they help. But, placebo placebo blah blah and all that
I get it, I have been there! The amount of times I've been to the ER and called my doctor's office is probably upwards of 30 in one year. I have told everyone who would listen that I thought I was dying. My PVCs wouldn't go away, I've tried everything. Just know that it gets easier. Walking for 30 minutes a day and lots of electrolytes helps. For the days where it goes really bad I had a prescription for anti-anxiety medicine and it would help me sleep. Sure, the PVCs may be there in the morning, but a good night if sleep helped calm them down a little.
Seeing a psychiatrist also helped. It didn't help my PVCs, of course, but he had a heart condition too and he listened to me when nobody else would. Plus, telling your family you think the worst is going to happen doesn't make them feel good, so telling him was easier. He was also friends with my electrophysiologist, it was his doctor too, so he would go back and tell my doctor my concerns.
I'm in a much better place now and my PVC burden has reduced significantly this past month, or maybe it's a coincidence and I'm just having a good month. But I started taking these in addition to my normal magnesium, since I have a deficiency. I swear these are helping and it's been known to help you sleep better than melatonin: Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate, 100% Chelated, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten & Soy Free, 100 mg, 240 Count (Pack of 1) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BD0RT0/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_7EZNMWS6CGC3QC57FZN6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Also, be sure to have bloodwork done and check your magnesium and potassium levels. Electrolyte deficiencies can mess with your heart.

I purchased this device on amazon. It's a bit pricey but it's because it's able to record up to 40 hours of data and it saves it to the app on your phone. It comes with some tape so you can strap it on your finger so it won't fall off while you're sleeping. It's a bit uncomfortable but I was able to sleep with it on. I think it's pretty accurate, but maybe there are more accurate devices out there.
If you're super concerned, you can always ask for a halter monitor. If they won't give you one, you can buy a 24 hour monitor to wear for a few days. Just don't freak out when you see a few PVC's because everybody has them.

It's listed as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 34mg?
I bought these ones this time. They're 50mg capsules, and I'm taking one every 12 hours.
The amount of drug in the capsule doesn't matter so much as how much of it is absorbed. Since it's water-soluable, a lot of it gets pee'd out.
The lower limit for toxicity is around 1,000mg taken as a supplement, so 100mg should be safe. I'm taking more than one capsule/24h because if I truly am severely B6-anemic, I'd may need more than the recommended dose to get my levels back up enough to make a difference.
I don't really have consecutive ones. I've had one and then maybe 60 seconds later there is another. But nothing like every 3 seconds like some people get.
My doctor told me that working out on Peloton (which I recommend), you lose an insane amount of minerals and electrolytes; primarily is magnesium. Even when tested at the hospital my magnesium and potassium both were on the low end. I think the scale was 3.5-6.0 is normal and mine were both at 3.5
This is the magnesium I use. One pill in the morning and one pill at night. I haven't taken any in the past two days and I'd say that I've had maybe 10-12 total PVCs between these past two days total.
Its the Doctors Best brand Magnesium Glycinate. I got it from iherb. You can get it from Amazon too. https://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Absorption-Magnesium-Glycinate/dp/B000BD0RT0
I take 100mg at tea time and 200mg at night. Helps me sleep as well. Hope it works for you
Here's the one I like of all the many decafs I've tried over the years. Expensive but very good. I drink it with warm, foamy, oat milk. Planet Oat extra creamy original. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0030LK63W/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o03\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
if you have a panic attack what do you do? Do you have any technique ( like breathing or focusing of attention in something?) have you tried any meditation? btw, noticed you are a gaming too. I have an Oculus quest 2 and with all due honesty; when I am having a panic attack I like to jump on my headset and play a game. It so immersive that helps to put my attention on the vr world.
I encourage you to try some kind of meditation ( for me, mindfulness meditation improves my wellbeing in very good levels) and try to read this; it helped me a lot to face my anxiety disorder and fears.
Journaling, sketching your feelings can have a therapeutic value and I think the most important thing is that you are not alone. If you have a bad day reach a friend, a family member or post here. Feel free to post here and will answer as soon as possible.
Bought this ekg because it comes with 2 leads that connect to your chest and can record up to 5 minutes. This points me at ease because it reassures me my heart is beating fine when I’m feeling wierd things in my chest.

Hey. This was recommended in my Facebook support group for PVC’s. This is gentle in the stomach according to people in my group. I just ordered a bottle yesterday. We’ll see how it goes.
Triple Calm Magnesium - 150mg of Magnesium Taurate, Glycinate, and Malate for Optimal Relaxation, Stress and Anxiety Relief, and Improved Sleep. 120 Capsules.
Here's the Calm. I just get the regular stuff w/o calcium or any other additions. It mixes into water better. It's a little tart, but not a bad taste at all, and you get used to it. Price is a little high but it lasts forever. Unless you're a big fan of having a lot of BMs every day (speaking of, go easy on it at first and experiment w/ it when you know you'll be home. Because it does make you go). I've also seen this at every grocery store I've ever frequented...it's a pretty commonly accessible product. And for CoQ10, I just get whatever gummies I can find. I like the peach flavor.
It sounds like you might be super dehydrated and lacking electrolytes after a night of drinking. I have had good luck with these to get me back up to normal levels:
