Ah I see, does your paper look like this? I used to work on them before 3 years.

If yes then luckily to don't need to measure them, you only need to find the "code" if you are using word

Or better use the software that papers company recommend to you.
Yeah I saw that and that's why I opted to buy this instead for now: https://www.amazon.de/Graphic-Display-Battery-Free-Express-Adjustable-black/dp/B08LV7GVHH/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=SMM07FLVQY2D&keywords=Huion+kamvas+12&qid=1647644134&sprefix=huion+kamvas+12%2Caps%2C141&sr=8-4
Huion kamvas 12, 11.6 inch
I'm not too great at adjusting to things outside of teamwork /game related things, which is why I prio'd being able to work in Sai2 over anything sadly xD
I bought the big csp years ago, couldn't figure out how to make the skin sparkle like I do in Sai (which I do by placing hundreds of dots anyways??? Csp SURELY has a brush for this stupidity instead LMAO) and haven't touched it since pensive.
Maybe one day I'll be big boy enough to swap over man, I know it offers a lot and doesn't blind me lmfao
Hi! First of all, sorry to hear of your struggles. Secondly, it looks like you’re using Paint Tool SAI 1.2.x. If you’re upset by it not being updated, you should know that Koji Komatsu, the sole developer, has stopped work on version 1.x and has been developing version 2 as a free update, available in the “development room” part of the web site (most recent build on 8/12/2019).

I believe your “Canvas Saving Failed” issue may be related to read/write privileges. Is the program possibly not being run with administrative privileges? Might you be able to right-click the executable, select properties, and check a box to run as admin?
Sorry, I'm on my phone about to go to bed, but there is an eyedropper tool you can download that will give you the hex (or rgb, etc.) value and you could punch that in, if that's what you want, try searching on google. PTS doesn't have anything built in though.
I recommend just opening the image with PTS, you can drag and drop the file into the window and it will open it up too, and you can eyedrop it there. Then you can close or minimize that window to get back to your canvas.
Also, some image viewing programs (like IrfanView) allow you to copy the image data instead of the actual file, and you can paste it right into the canvas that way.
