Seconding a recommendation for Hestra. Patagonia actually sells Hestras in store, but availability and options may vary.

Alternatively, the Burton GORE-TEX Glove is good, but bulky. Also, the Craft Sportswear Windand waterproof bike glove is fantastic. I've been using this one in New England.
Whatever my parents keep in the cabinet, but we seem to have an affinity for this stuff
If I can make a recommendation:

I’ve had good luck removing stains from oily things using this:
Puracy Stain Remover for Clothes, Proven to Safely Clean Fresh & Set-In Clothing Stains, Enzyme-Based Laundry Stain Remover, 99.96% Plant-Powered Natural Stain Remover Spray, Free & Clear, 16 Oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y62FDZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_BAWSV44TR04MSMS8S7E5
Before you do laundry spray some to the stain, rub with either a brush or towel then leave for about 10 mins then throw it in the washer.
I use that Lysol Laundry sanitizer stuff, it works great for stank. It says to put it into the laundry softener hopper but I always splash a lid-full directly onto the laundry and it works.
Amazon also has this spray that uses enzymes to break down bad scent bacteria and shit works. Sage for clothes and carpet link:

Clothes are consumables so they're going to take X amount of wear before they need to be replaced. If you're getting jackets so dirty that they need to be washed more than once a month I don't think anything is going to hold up long term. Washing friction wears out clothing. I personally have a jacket I wear casually and a jacket that I wear for outdoor activity and working. My casual jacket will last a decade, but my outdoor jacket probably less than 5 years and will work worse every year while my casual jacket will look about the same. It will definitely last a couple seasons with heavy wear. Hopefully any of this was helpful.
I use a tool that looks kind of like a pair of scissors to fold and shove my knee pads in, the tool was originally meant for putting padding back into bras but a works great for putting knee pads in.
