I see people using Google Maps and Mapquest a lot to share route data.
On google maps you can do something similar, and share the link. I tried recreating your route (https://goo.gl/maps/tnqXn9xtZMw)
Nice, looks cool. google street view
Love that road too. I mapped out this quick little ride after I rode that for the first time. Art Museum to Art Museum
This is the one I have. Haven't had any problems with it over the year or so I've been using it.
I have this:
No complaints, I can hear it clearly through earbuds.
EDIT: SOMEONE IS SHADOWBANNED AGAIN!
Not sure about #1, but for #2, I would be wary of heat leaving behind marks. Try something that's more meant for exhausts, quick google returns this: http://www.amazon.com/Borla-21461-Exhaust-Cleaner-Polish/dp/B002OEVNBK
Franklin Mills mall has a good car wash that is self serve, and its cheap.
Also, if youre going to ride in the winter, you need to put this (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P1C8UO/?tag=googhydr-20&hvadid=50802696410&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3733773969329106228&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_8xg0tnl5kp_b) on all of your metals. It works wonders, neutralizes the salt and prevents corrosion. They use it on planes on aircraft carriers to neutralize salt water. I rode all winter with my bike and at the end of winter I washed it down and it was spotless.
I tried that and they immediately start recalculating for a faster route.
I like www.ridewithgps.com to plan out my route and then Track Navigator lets you log into your RideWithGPS account and puts any saved routes you have on a map with turn by turn directions.
