Track Navigator will link with your ridewithgps account and load your routes.
The only thing is if you go off route, it won't redirect you.

I use www.ridewithgps.com to make my routes and Track Navigator to load them.
It can use your RideWithGPS login to access your maps or you can load GPX and TCX files.
It has turn-by-turn voice navigation. The only downside is it doesn't redirect you if you deviate from the route. I haven't used it in a few months, so maybe it does now.
I tried that and they immediately start recalculating for a faster route.
I like www.ridewithgps.com to plan out my route and then Track Navigator lets you log into your RideWithGPS account and puts any saved routes you have on a map with turn by turn directions.
