Continue with the cream as best you can until it's mostly gone, then work on stretching the foreskin out.
Circumcision should be a last resort, imo, but the article states it's the generally accepted treatment for men affected on the foreskin (I'm sceptical of this, because 'Merica). If you're able to get the cream to the affected areas, you should be fine with just stretching things out. It might take longer to relieve things, but just be persistent. Use coconut oil to help soften things up, if desired.
Yes of course you can. I don't know if it's sold in your country but in europe people know this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Genuine-German-Nivea-Creme-Germany/dp/B00IPPUVV0
It's a very sticky greasy cream that you can attach on all of your body parts to keep them elastic. It protects from dryness. You even can use it as a very sticky lube for sex! It's also sold by other brands.
May I ask how severe your phimosis is?
I'm not sure how far I need to go, the kit goes to 38mm so I will try for that but may stop if the problem is solved. I bought a generic one off amazon but any will do as long as it has small steps and being flexible helps to get it in.

Its not phimocures own rings but a different brand of rings, essential doing the same as the phimocure rings
Oral syringe. You can use these to control how much water goes underneath. It’ll be very sensitive at first, but you’re supposed to be working through fighting the sensitivity anyway.
I can do you one better with this link
Like these? https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01N6GNT8P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_AXW3ERAFQVA2YR4MAR59
How long do you leave them in for?
I'm also curious how to get them to stay on. Maybe some medical tape from the outside of the tip to the other side?
I'd recommend this coconut oil, you want something cold pressed, non refined, virgin oil.
Their suppose to be placed right on your phimotic ring.. they shouldn't budge. I used them and went from pinhole phimosis to full retraction. I always used the one size up until I felt the stretch.. never hurt yourself! You don't want to undo what you're trying to fix. I thought they were a dud but they were a great tool for me.
Are these the ones you bought? Because I used these
A basic vitamin E or C oil like this https://www.amazon.com/100-Natural-Organic-Vitamin-Your/dp/B07GDDB7CM/ It's neutral, it doesn't really have a smell.
It's easier to apply with a dropper. A whole bottle like that will last me about a year, a drop or two is all you need on the head of your penis. Apply it and then move it all around your head.
I wish I knew about this when I was a teenager.
If you need to stretch your frenulum or foreskin, having a small amount of oil on there will make it easier to do.
