Spent two weeks speaking with a dozen Amazon associates via live chat to obtain my Garchomp Kimono Set. They were clueless about the promotion, and with me having to explain what it’s about, most of the associates confused the bonus code (Mystery Gift) as a game code (redeeming on Nintendo’s website). With that, I went through multiple redirects, and the scripted “24-48 hours” response given to me by the associates, stating that the issue will be resolved within that time span. Two days ago, I finally connected with an associate who understands the issue, and they forwarded my ticket to the promotions and marketing department of Amazon. A little under 24 hours passed by, and I received the code in my inbox. However, I was missing one.. and this was Amazon’s response.

Weird. I only ever use Android for work, so I never realized that was an issue.
Looking it up, I see Android 11 was causing issues for other people too.
Have you tried this app? Found a Reddit post from the developer when I was looking up the issue, and supposedly it helps solve the issue between the Switch hotspot and Android not connecting.
Having the same issue. Customer service is giving me the run around and said that I pre ordered the game too early… but I have a screenshot from the day I ordered that said the promotion expired after the 27th.
