rice paddle.
specifically, this one: https://www.amazon.com/Inomata-1150-Rice-Paddle-White/dp/B001AJJPME/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1AJ363W10ARD0&keywords=rice+paddle&qid=1655427943&sprefix=rice+paddl%2Caps%2C168&sr=8-2
it has reverse doops to reduce surface area. so, no sticking! and i mean NONE.
seriously, it's the best damn rice paddle i've ever used in my life. i got one for my brother as a gift. he loves it.
I don't get why anyone would need/want to spend $200 on such a simple machine unless they wanted to do a bunch of non-rice-cooking stuff with it. I have owned this particular Zojirushi for nearly 20 years. I've only had to replace the lid when I dropped it. Still makes rice 3-4 times a week for my family.
I've been using the same rice cooker for nearly 20 years. It's still in production, too. Nothing fancy. One button. Highly recommended by a Thai dad who does all the cooking.
This changed the game for me: Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker, 5.5-Cup, Premium White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00007J5U7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_7FNEW390SB0TXRWPV9J6 I just make a new pot every couple days. It’s perfect.
Cuckoo Rice cookers make perfect pressure cooked rice, also make Choo-Choo Train sound before releasing its steam. It’s so much fun! I have the 6-cup version.
Cuckoo Electric Induction Heating Rice Pressure Cooker (3-Cup) - Full Stainless Interior with Non-Stick Coating - 3-Language Voice Navigation and LED Screen with Touch Selection Menu - Premium Quality https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072NFGLSV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Z20Y0Z63G78VRTN69836
NS TSC-10, just got one for Father's Day. I make rice three times a week and now with this machine I have hot rice 24 hours a day 5 days a week. It's life changing, not kidding.
the amazon reviews blow me away too:

Not exactly the answer to the question you asked, but a possible solution to your problem: the Japanese Lunch Jar is designed to keep your lunch warm throughout the day. When packed right, you'd have a container with some sort of hot soup or other liquid on the bottom, followed by a container of freshly-steamed rice, and then containers of whatever meat or vegetables or other foodstuffs you'd want to eat that day on top.
