I had this as one of my personal goals this past week and it did wonders, so I challenge EVERYONE to no more than 2 hours of non-work screen time (including phone, TV, tablets, but not kindle)
I just used a countdown timer that I activated every time I turned on my screens to something other than work, but apps like Quality TIme can also work.
Umm, is this direct caffeine? Some of the things I take have "proprietary blends" containing who knows what amounts of random long-word chemicals that may or may not also contain caffeine.
I only have 100mg of actual caffeine in the morning, but those other propietary blend things throughout the day.
I can't use the phone apps because I don't sleep alone.
For $100 less, I wonder if this would work well enough for what I want.
