This game seems highly inspired (to the point where it almost feels like a copy) on the Kingdom Rush series. If you like this game you'll love Kindom Rush.

If the game is "on the end" like everybody said, they should change their ads policy for end game players. Let players to farm daily res automatically and accept to have less income.

They can continue to put ads for everybody to everything, but 'old' players like me, where the only content to do is to tournament and watch 8 daily ads, is so boring so prefer to stop. If i had ways to get every boring content like 4RS, wheel, elixir bonus, .. fast, avoiding 8 ads, i could continue this game waiting another content.

I take example on Guardian Tales, (really good game btw https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kakaogames.gdts) - new content every 2 weeks - you can pay to boost but all is free with timd (like realm defense) - you have player level, wich mean when you reach some levels, you can do daily boring task automatically (basically like RS, you still can do manually but can click on button to get immediatly) - they are listening community for features, ex: they had no multiplayer, community said this should be amazing and they make arena and coop mode - all content without ads, there are 0 ads in this game. They can earn money if player want boost with package or buy cosmetics (like Realm defense), but no ads to watch, so less boring every day -and the +, they send very often with ingame mail resources like gems and tokens (not 100 elixir or 10gems like Realm defense, more like 1000 gems and 10 tokens per week). Mails have shorts lives, so players must connect to claim their free res.

That to say realm defense is really good game, i played 1 year every day and love it. But the end game is too boring and they should change that for old players. If they cant push new content more often (team size etc..), at least accept to have less income with less ads and give a way to farm automatically (again, only for high level players). Its still better than loose everybody

This is not about the app update, but about downloading game data everytime you change worlds (or start the tournament etc.). This has been introduced in the latest update: "Download new world assets only when necessary to reduce disk usage"
