If links are not allowed, I apologize. Here's a YouTube link on how to adjust jubilee links- jubilee link removal
If you're going to make this a hobby, buy a tool kit from Amazon or ebay. Here's a cheap one I found with a quick Google search - watch repair kit
Otherwise, take it to any nearest watch repair store and they can quickly change it for you
I don't know what "presto" means, but I bought a hand puller/presser set like this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NQLVRJS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have the rest of the tools (jewelers screwdrivers/caseback remover, etc.).
Thanks for the suggestion about the thick ziploc, I was going to use cardstock but I think ziploc will work better.
Hey All,
I have seen a few post lately on "Noise when Shaking my Watch" issues, and it always seems to be a Rotor Issue.
These particular issues are fairly easy to remedy at home, if this is the only problem, and if you can open the back of your watch. You can get a cheap ball caseback opener on Amazon that will do the trick for most casebacks:
I have attached some pictures here with text describing what to look for and what to do from one of my recent services (VR3135). This goes for both Rep and Gen Rolex watches of the 31XX Calibers. The 3235s have a ball bearing Rotor and are screwed down to the movement.
As always, ask questions and folks here will help out! Thought I would share this here for information!
Definitely going to echo the idea that you should get some more reliable screwdrivers. Also, this spring bar tool is a must have for any kit.
I've used this for Android : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keithwiley.android.wildspectramobilelite
It's in no way user friendly or easy to use, but if you follow the setup instructions and watch the YT videos it works well and seems pretty accurate.
