I use a bar or handles. Handles allow for more natural hand placement, kind of like a hex bar. The j-shape ones are cheap and work well. Here's a sample one on Amazon, not necessarily what I use.
60cm sounds like mini bands. https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=mini+resistance+bands
You probably want to buy something like these, right? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Odoland-Resistance-Bands-Include-Anchor/dp/B01LED8ZVC/ref=mp_s_a_1_19?crid=27NQRDAJNB9VK&keywords=resistance+bands&qid=1671055599&sprefix=resistance+bands%2Caps%2C359&sr=8-19
UK? Those look alright: https://www.amazon.co.uk/FitBeast-Resistance-Different-Exercise-Powerlifting/dp/B087CSNDRT/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?keywords=resistance+bands&qid=1670929874&sr=8-4 a little but expensive but fine for little over 30 bucks. The app is probably crap (like most apps).
Like this one? https://www.amazon.com/SPRI-Xertube-Resistance-Anchor-Attachments/dp/B00QCRK7QW I mean that one is way too expensive for what it is, just that we talk about the same thing.
I use one, you just need a good door, don't put it where the handle/lock is and test your setup before doing anything. Don't overstress it or the bands and you should be fine.
I got a digital version of this book (Strength Band Training) to start out with, and I think it's pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QJFGG5N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_d_asin_title_o07?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I got a digital copy of this book on Amazon. It seems pretty good at explaining resistance training. It might help you design your program. It does address designing your program around particular sports you compete in. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QJFGG5N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_d_asin_image_o07?ie=UTF8&psc=1
this is what i use
https://www.amazon.com/Hipiwe-Ceiling-Anchor-Suspension-Resistance/dp/B01NAGFNYD
my situation is different, i finished my basement myself, so when i was framing the now gym room, i put 4x4 in 2 locations as opposed to the normal 2x4, idea being thats the place where i would put a those anchors and in the future a pull up bar
maybe there is a place in your house you can put some anchors?
but that tower seems like a very bad idea, not secure at all
something similar to this (sorry for the link to amz): https://www.amazon.com/Garage-Fit-Stretch-Resistance-Mobility/dp/B072FHH1D1/ref=sr_1_10?crid=2IQUEZH7PTU2&keywords=elastic+band+handle&qid=1668114407&sprefix=elastic+band+handle%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-10
I installed 4 on my wall of this type
and then i use big carabiners for my loop bands
I use this app to do a timed workout 4x/week based on my variation of a standard PPL routine. I add legs to my Push day, and add shoulders to my Pull day. You can play with it however you like.

-PULL-
Bent Over Row
Lat Pulldown
Overhead Press
Lateral Raise
Bicep Curls
Inclined Bicep Curls

-PUSH-
Chest Press
Chest Raise
Deadlift (or Squats)
Lunges
Tricep Pushdown
Tricep Extension

You’re doing every exercise for 5min. When you reach failure in each set, give yourself a 30sec break and then continue. Rinse and repeat until the 5min is up. Having 5min generally gets me 3-5 sets for every exercise. This guy gave me the idea and it’s been awesome. I highly recommend him in general.
I would say this routine is very effective for beginner/intermediate levels.

is it this app?
is it paid?
been looking for something else to give me some excercises, i just been rotating the TA2 build program
i have a set of wall anchors like these
https://www.amazon.com/Ceiling-Bracket-Suspension-Gymnastic-Resistance/dp/B08R42X6NN
and i use carabiners to attach the bands
Can you put a door stop under it? Make sure it wedges in there good and you can't open the door at all. That and making sure the door is properly closed should be good enough.
Plus a multi-point door anchor would be good so you don't have to keep opening the door once you got it nice and secure. (Like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SBHPWWR )
You might want to try TRX Bandit grips, no pinching or other damage to your hands. I like them.
TRX Bandit handles have been mentioned previously. I have not tried these yet, but others have claimed to like them. Mine are on order.
I bought these a year back.
Garage Fit All-Metal Resistance Band Handles (Set of 2) | Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Steel | Extra-Gripped Knurled Surface | Strongest Handles for Elastic Band Workouts (Chrome) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B072FHH1D1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ES1V96ASK1KQZW4JRACX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Might be a little unorthodox but I prefer these simple pads. They are cheap, small, and super quick to change from one exercise to another. Plus, you get to work on grip strength.

I considered the Harambe handles and the Clench Handles but could never pull the trigger. My gut says they will be more hassle than help.
I use Undersun and they are fantastic quality but i am not sure about their availability in Italy
Oh apparently bodylastics (the bands I have) have a bar as well
bodylastics Patent Pending Collapsible Resistance Bands Curl Bar with Steel Pipe Construction, 3 Points of Connection, Sharp 45 Degree Angle Bends, Amazing Rubber Grip and Carry Bag. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V6Z3171/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_HW3RFK7SH1T800DH53H0
I like these and suggest getting two sets so that each can use/combine 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50lb bands. I prefer to attach the ends far apart (like 20' side-to-side so they are pre-stretched) to lessen the change in resistance as the arms/legs stretch them. $26 U.S.D. per set.
You might want to consider the Tikaton Bar.
Wodfitters, Draper’s, Serious Steel, and Rubberbanditz, and Rogue Fitness would be some of the most popular brands of pull up assist resistance bands in my opinion. They can be found on Amazon, or directly on their own respective websites. Just make sure you get a set with at least 4 bands.
As for the rings/handles varieties, that’s entirely your call. Do you want your set up to mimic more dumbbells or a barbell?
If you do decide to go with the ring/handle variety: Wodfitters or Garage Fit are a great choice.
Here are some links to get you moving in the right direction:
WODFitters Stretch Resistance Pull Up Assist Band with eGuide, 4 Band Set Special https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M0XL1H8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ZcoZEb3FSM40W
Garage Fit Pull Up Assist Band with Metal Handle and Carry Bag, Stretch Resistance Mobility Band -Extra Durable, Cross Training Exercise (Bundle1- #0 Yellow, 1 Red, 2 Black, 3 Purple, 4 Green) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0851NXXV2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HwoZEbSK8F5NF
It honestly doesn’t even matter if that sight is legit or not (which it very well could be). The deal they’re offering isn’t even that great. Go on amazon or eBay and search for those types of resistance bands. You’ll get thousands of listings ranging from $25-$50+. And you’ll get anywhere from 9-19 items in your set. This website is offering a 12 piece set, which is pretty good. But it’s not good enough to risk getting scammed. All those listings on amazon and eBay literally use all the same pictures too. I see that same image of all 12 items laid out next to each other on top of a plain white background on almost every single seller’s listing.
Here is a crazy good example that I considered buying for the longest time:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086GQ8BCF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_qkTHEbMSKJMKV
X3 is expensive!! There’s a resistance band bar on Amazon that’s much cheaper. It comes in a portable option that comes apart or a solid bar option. It claims to take a load of 800lbs.
https://www.amazon.com/INNSTAR-Resistance-Exercise-Attachment-Workout/dp/B07WGS6XF9
I think Amazon might have a seller for the bar, too.
I replaced the carabiners with these: AOWISH 2-Pack Stainless Steel... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GV83RDQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
They accommodate the thicker bands but you lose maybe an inch or two of stretch (only seems to matter a bit on chest press).
