Yeah, I bought these: Sunsign Speed and Agility Resistance Bands Trainer for Vertical Jump Squat Boxing MMA Taekwondo Karate Bounce Softball Baseball Basketball Volleyball Football Training https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K6FKR6V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_AB34RHBJS9N4RY19NK8J?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Just strap em on hands and feet and exercise as normal. No difference for some exercise but you’ll really feel it when doing anything overhead like the lunge twists, or planking.
It's a dive ring that I got so we could practice swimming during the pandemic. You get a pack of six on Amazon. Looks like they're not in stock at the moment, but they will be soon I'm sure.
Having traveled quite a bit with my Switch, I highly recommend this guy (or something similar) to make it a little easier on the luggage. That way you can still use it in TV mode without need to bring the bulking dock along for the journey.
I had tried to get it since January for a friend in UK however no luck. Best bet is used market not sure where you are however you could always message about maybe posting. Here's an ad https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/156129065716902/ that actually seems reasonable. Gumtree and ebay seem to be full of scalpers at the moment so I would avoid.
u/picano Thanks for the feedback! That is a very important detail. That is available in my country but Ill try this one instead.
OP not sure if you're a lady in a wheelchair or a big man with mustache but whatever as long as your ringcon works I guess
May be worth buying a second leg strap - cutting it and using it as an extender.
Or sewing a piece of velcro to the leg of your workout clothes and taped a strip to one of your spare JoyCons
Or using a compression bandage instead of the leg strap
Or buy an arm band extender like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LX0ZT3E/
You’re supposed to start in a plank position. Although some people complain that it’s hard to get the system to register you holding the plank.
The key to starting ANY exercise is staying still for it to register your position.
For the plank, I like to rest my forearms on an Airex Balance Pad. These are expensive, but I use them for most sitting exercise as well as the plank and mountain climber and they’re great for all kinds of other exercises.
You may also want to make sure the leg strap is positioned right in the middle of your quad so that when you stand it’s pointed straight up and down... and when you’re in a plank, it’s completely horizontal.
If you're in the UK, Amazon is restocking on 13th June - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ring-Fit-Adventure-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B07XTVTRLZ

Get there before the scalpers! if any scalpers are reading this, SHAME - I hope a raccoon finds your stock and chews it all
I was alright paying a markup to get it from an international vendor, as we don't have any idea when it'll be stocked in the U.S. again at a frequent rate.
I purchased from on Amazon Japan on May 21, 2020 from the seller 石垣堂 (order fulfilled by Amazon).
The total cost, including shipping, was ¥ 14,758 which comes out to be around $135 USD to Ohio.
The package just arrived via DHL today, May 27, 2020.
While I would have rathered pay MSRP, I'm satisfied with a 6 day shipping time (including a holiday) for a price that was significantly below what scalpers are charging.
Good luck out there!
There isn't an official case, but Amazon has several options. This is the one I use when I go to conferences.
What we did was take a plastic pot holder (sorta like this one ( https://www.amazon.com/Charles-Viancin-Honeycomb-Pot-Holder/dp/B0081SUIHS ) and cut it in half and slide it underneath the strap on your leg.
I'm really enjoying seeing the price on Facebook Marketplace plummet to as low as $100 (aka: retail + sales tax + $10) - and so many unsold units sitting there: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/seattle/search/?query=ring%20fit&vertical=C2C&sort=BEST_MATCH
15 of them for sale just in the Seattle area (20 mile radius).
My hope is we get a big restock soon and the scalpers are left having to sell at a loss -- serves them right.
(We'll know life is back to normal when you can get Ring Fit and a Switch for normal price. ;-)
My husband bought this pilates ring so he could play RFA along side me. That particular pilates ring has slightly more resistance than the ring con but he's able to do the same workout as me otherwise!
We have been using these for a few months and like them:

This isn't the exact stationary bike that I have, but it's really similar in style and price. They're super compact and I love how they fold up to save even more space. Mine even has little wheels on the back so you can roll it to easily move it. I hate going to the gym so I've had a "home gym" even when I just lived in a studio. I added an attachment for a water bottle and another so I can mount my phone or tablet and it's perfect.
I can comment. I got this YIKESHU one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082MK9VKQ
It works reasonably well but I've definitely had issues with it. Sometimes it just stops registering --- most obvious on the zipline sections where you have to pull.
My old one still works but is definitely more loose and doesn't register fast presses (like in the 20 second challenges) as well.
Since the YIKESHU one was already expensive (fortunately, I had a gift card to burn), I'll probably do the same as OP and just buy another copy of the game.
I've bern looking into this and I plan to go with the official Nintendo option myself: https://www.amazon.fr/Ensemble-station-daccueil-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B071992NQ2/ref=asc_df_B071992NQ2/?tag=googshopfr-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=186855211138&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3542459755850226837&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqm...
I bought this one from Amazon (link and it works great. It doesn’t come with a power cord but I had plenty around the house. I’ve been using it for around 6 months so far and no problems.
This just confirmed what I've been thinking. My wrists were hurting so bad when after awhile of playing this game, and I thought "yeah this is right" so I bought this.
Anyone reading this whether your knees hurt, wrist hurt, shoulder, or whatever. Don't ignore it and wear the proper equipment!!!
After I started wearing excercise wrist protection as well with knee protection, it made the pain pretty much go away.
OP go get that checked out my man.
Compression shorts with cell phone pockets. I ended up getting one size larger, so I could wear undies underneath Jessie Kidden Men's Compression... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L6B48D5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share while my wife ended up getting one under her normal size pants to be extra snug UBFEN Women's High Waist Yoga... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SLXB34G?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Just FYI, you can get a 10-pack of replacement bands on Amazon for about $15. Very handy to have backup straps.
https://smile.amazon.com/Silicone-Wristbands-Compatible-Fitbit-Replacement/dp/B08CMJF9LM/ref=sr_1_4
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B072BN45BW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title
This is the one I use - it's 2" thick and pretty great on hardwood. It's fantastic for any on-the-floor moves and it absorbs enough impact that my knees don't hurt after a good session.
For the leg strap, if you have arts and crafts stuff. I used hot glue on the back of the strap and it worked great for stopping the leg strap from slipping.
Someone also used Dimensional paint that worked well.
You can buy a 3rd party replacement for $15 on Amazon.

I think this one is the same as the one I have: https://www.amazon.co.uk/KitchenCraft-Rubber-Jar-Bottle-Opener/dp/B0001IWUK4/ref=sr_1_13?dchild=1&keywords=jar+grip&qid=1609775958&sr=8-13
Lots of different companies sell them though, if you search for Jar Grip or rubber jar grip one should come up
I think this one is the same as the one I have: https://www.amazon.co.uk/KitchenCraft-Rubber-Jar-Bottle-Opener/dp/B0001IWUK4/ref=sr_1_13?dchild=1&keywords=jar+grip&qid=1609775958&sr=8-13
I use sliding discs myself for silent mountain climbers in my apartment (see link below) through you could as easily use a plastic plate.
I'm about the same weight as you. I got this small trampoline to run on. It really helps save my knees.
Have you heard of an app called 'The Walk' by the way? it's a fun story to follow if you're walking anyway...
here's the android version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sixtostart.thewalk2
Planks destroyed my elbows, too! Plus, my feet keep sliding on poses with a wider stance. I just bought one of theseon an Amazon Lightning Deal. It should be here tomorrow...so I agree with you. lol
Also on Amazon, but out of stock until the 22nd as of this posting and may not arrive by Christmas. Target price matches and gives you a 5% discount with Red Card. Best Buy also price matches. Ordering for my wife who is a personal trainer.
I picked up these 1" foam workout mats both for shock and sound absorption and they seem to do the trick.
Here's the tile mat I ordered I have used it both in sneakers and barefoot. Before I invested in that one, I did jut have a yoga mat that I would slide into place before doing any floor positions.
Anti-bark collars for dogs! You'll find that in no time you'll be a silent squatter!
Joking aside (and I know you're joking but...) Acoustic panels might be the solution for this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010GPFRUQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_JK4pFbEH4NWTP
(Like what this guy did here: https://www.reddit.com/gallery/idir3w )
There are also acoustic curtains and that's not to mention the other ways of isolating sound that is commonly used for your -murder dungeon- recording studio if you are renovating or building a house.
I’ve suggested this in other threads but I highly recommend buying an Airex Elite pad for RFA.
Here’s the one I use:
Airex Balance Pads - Official Airex Pad for Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Balance & Stability Exercises - Available in Multiple Colors & Sizes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07864XNP5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HIloFbRPTJDEG
It’s awesome. I know it’s gotten more expensive since I first posted this suggestion. But it’s worth it.
For planks I rest my forearms on it. For mountain climbers I put my hands on it. For some sitting exercises I sit on it. It just makes the exercises more comfortable without reducing effectiveness.
Also, I stand on it when I’m at a standing desk for work. (I actually have 2 - one for RFA and one for the home office.)
If you’re having trouble getting enough space between your core and your knees in mountain climbers, this will give you a couple more inches of clearance so that might help too.
I also highly recommend wearing athletic shoes. I have a pair of new balance running shoes that I use only for indoor workouts at home.
Lastly, instead of a yoga mat I use a 6 foot runner rug that has rubber grip on the underside. I got it at Costco but I couldn’t find it at Costco.com. It’s sort of like an interior door mat but probably 6-8 feet long. I just roll it out on the hardwood floor and use that to both protect the floor and provide traction. I found yoga mats impossible to run in place on. They’d always shift under me. This sticks to the floor but not the soles of my shoes.
So for mountain climbers, I have my hands on the airex pad, which is sitting on one end of the rug, and the toes of my sneakers on the rug. No slipping, plenty of traction and comfort.
Good luck! Hope this helps.
This is the one.
Fyi, it has a twisting motion that makes it possible to accidentally put painful pressure on your knees and ankles. I might exchange it for the non twisting version if I can't get the posture consistently right.
You could also get one of these:
Airex Balance Pads - Official Airex Pad for Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Balance & Stability Exercises - Available in Multiple Colors & Sizes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CRU77KC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ZhGfFbQPZMXQQ
They’re awesome and would be great for running / jumping in place. I use one for my standing desk in my home office and one for many of the ring fit exercises and other workouts.
Airex is a bit expensive but they’re so good. Discovered them at the gym and had to have them at home. Especially since I can’t workout at A gym anymore.
Try something like this and let me know if it works. Might be good for business trips.

Hey man, you might want to look into Psyllium Husks to help with your IBS.
I have it myself and have struggled for years until I found this. It removes my problems almost completely. They are also available as pills and I take one 1200mg pill in the morning, lunch time and evening. You gotta find your dosage though, and drink lots of water.
Amazon(US) has it backordered for September. Seen it go in and out of stock for the past few days.
Just put my order in and eta is Sept 5th.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XV4NHHN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Its a body fat scale from Amazon, it lists bodyfat %, muscle weight, skeletal muscle weight, bone mass, water level and other bits. I dont agree with the scale saying I need to lose muscle although if I lost weight to what it recommends my weight to be, I would need to lose a fair bit of muscle as well as fat.
The scale is Youngdo Body Fat Scale
I dont count calories because I dont know how many calories are in what I cook, so I just try to have smallish portions of things I know are fattening (although I can't do small portions of cheese - I love cheese its the reason why I won't go vegan as none of the replacements taste good).
Ordered from Amazon UK £69.99 yesterday and it just arrived. Now says in stock 26th June but the price looks normal so you could pre-order it?

A little more expensive but not scalper price right now
For the dutch people out there: amazon launched their website here last month I think, and it is in stock there RIGHT NOW, scheduled to arrive at the end of the month I think you should be quick tho!
I go barefoot and use an anti-fatigue mat during the jogging portions, something similar to this: amazon. More support than a yoga mat.
Knockoff ring and leg strap on Amazon, $13

I'm in the same boat and I think I might buy a pack of these puzzle exercise mats. It looks like 1/2" is standard, but you can choose up to 1" thick pieces.
They protect them from other items in the machine. They keep the elastic from getting wrapped around items and the Velcro from snagging.
They also serve as a reminder to not put them in the dryer. The dryer is what will really kill them as heat will kill the elastic prematurely.
Edit: this is the kind of bag I use. not like a big hamper bag.
