I'll keep my eyes peeled. Where are you in West Park? I'm by Fred Festersen Park. Reply to me if and when he's found. Also... Download and post to the Nextdoor app if you haven't already... There's a ton of people from our neighborhood on there and they are pretty active. https://nextdoor.com/
That's way too much. The premise is sound, but what you're looking for is a VPN to protect your phone when on a public WiFi network (I have the same issue with Kaiser as well) and that "app" might be doing it, but I doubt it.
Here's a good deal for Private Internet Access for $34/yr

Good service and it's going to be way better than what you have now.
Plus you can use it on your laptop or tablet.
Are you using the official reddit one? It doesn't work very well. I recommend Reddit Is Fun, if you are using Android OS.
It depends on your tolerance for bugs. We get spiders, ants, roaches, silverfish, millipedes, craneflies, weevils, ladybugs, earwigs, and pillbug in and around our house.
As far as inside, roaches and ants have been an issue only a few times. We've never had a visible infestation of any, but the occassional trail of ants because of crumbs or something missed being wipes up. We just treat the ants with Terro traps and get rid of them all in 24-48 hours. It beats using nasty sprays.
If you can live with the occasional bug sighting and are relatively clean people, I think pest control is unnecessary.
This site has a great ranking of Auburn trails and labels their length and difficulty, I personally love hidden falls and the Auburn State Recreation Area which has a ton of trails.
I mean depending on how “far” you’re willing to drive, there’s plenty of trails and hikes around. Your best bet for actual hiking is probably heading East on I-80 to Auburn.
Low enough in elevation that there shouldn’t be snow. There’s also several small towns around in the Foothills area. You can also head up highway 50 toward Placerville.
Alternatively if you’ve never been to California and are willing to drive a couple hours, you can head to the coast. Hit up Muir Woods, which is just north of San Francisco. If you’ve never seen redwoods, I’d recommend it just for that.
Find out what type of pipes the houses have. Apparently some areas in Roseville have to repipe their entire house. What a painful and expensive process. https://nextdoor.com/p/9NDm49j7UhYV?utm\_source=share
Not currently living in the area but looking… that said, we’ve had great luck with these dunks, surpassingly cheap and effective! mosquito dunks
You can even have one of your own! You can now be 'that neighbor' :)

I would expect license plate readers to be standard equipment on most patrol cars in the US at this point.
