I am seeing zero chance of rain on darksky.net.
For any first timers I gotta preach that it will get hot enough to tease you to take off your shirt during the day and cold enough for sweats and a good jacket at night.
I've made something similar to this the past 2 years and it's fantastic! We line the bottoms of our coolers with dry ice so it stays cool for days, keeps well, and is super filling. I used fresh corn instead of canned, kalamata instead of canned black olives, and left out the salad dressing.
Bonus: the first year I made it it was a super last minute decision and only took 15 minutes to throw together.

Added this to another post, but I'll put it here too:
This is what I got a while ago and works well even with the winds there: http://www.amazon.com/Flagpole-Go-20-Foot-Portable/dp/B000OWM2BE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1460508260&sr=8-3&keywords=telescopic+flag+pole
A little pricey, but does the job well!
