I haven’t tried one, but I heard about this sort of “alarm clock” that indicates to children when they must keep sleeping and when to wake up. This was just the first I saw, there may be better ones. Sleep is so precious!

Basically repeated exposure and food play made him a fraction less picky. Still basically eats a heavy carb diet with fruit and dairy, but is a bit more likely to at least try a bite of something.
Also low pressure eating environment (none of the ‘finish your meal’ stuff). Parents decide when, where and what is for dinner. Kids decide how much they want to eat. We offer a safe food that we know they’ll eat, a little of something that is hit or miss and a tiny bit of a ‘no’ food for exposure. These plates help:

:) no problem. I completely understand. This stuff is HARD. The logistics of an out of state clinic are bad enough, and adding on childcare is just an additional level of difficulty.
