Old style peltors fit really snug.
My kids liked running around in them.

I have the one linked below. Paid about $100. It works just fine. Only complaint I have is the weak tab that holds the 9V battery in broke on one side so I have to wedge the battery cover in weird. Works fine still.
The one I linked is the one I have. There is a newer version I’m pretty sure.
You can probably find it cheaper elsewhere.
Check out gun.deals (Reddit won’t let me link it).

I bought these off Amazon:

They take an audio jack. I have used a bluetooth adapter with an audio jack with a similar set before when I wanted bluetooth. I don't use them for music. But I will listen to bullseye commands when I practice shooting. I have an app for it.
This particular set will amplify sound that isn't loud in the range. The mic will cut out when there's shooting. I will wear ear plugs then double up with the muffs with the volume up all the way. So then I have double ear protection but native sound as if I weren't using protection.
It will both play through the audio jack and amplify sound at the same time. Another set I had would only do one or the other.
I've been using them for years I have 3 pairs, o e lives in my vehicle, one in my range bag and a spare.
Rapid fire at swinging can create unpleasant angles in the string of fire. Best is a semi fixed down angle plate.
I make my own and I'm not recommending this specific model, but it is the right shape.

Also check the caliber/fps & distance charts to get the right thickness.

Not made for shooting, but gets the job done for sure. A little tight my my head, but otherwise a good product (I have a kinda big head)

I have a daith piercing for my migraines. I have no issue with wearing ear plugs and they are just as effective as before the piercing.
I wear these electronic plugs on a regular basis, they work great.
These have been great. They are not Bluetooth, but I don't know of any in ear protection that is also Bluetooth.
Try these. They work really well. Plus they have a mechanical block that lets you hear lower volume sounds while blocking gun fire.

A cheap Nikko Stirling scope. One of these: https://www.amazon.com/Nikko-Stirling-Mountmaster-Riflescope-NMC3940W/dp/B00P54UGAK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
Got it cheap because it was being discontinued. I figured how could I go wrong for $20?
The biggest problem I had with it is that the screws that hold it to the rail kept loosening up. I had to tighten them again every couple of shots. But I had the same problem with my red dot as well, so I don't know what I was doing wrong.
Currently I carry my day's ammo in a Mechanics Tool Bag It has room for plenty of ammo and it's not adding unnecessary weight.
I have Sony noise cancelling headphones. I would recommend these over range earmuffs. If she doesn't want to listen to music that's fine.
Simply turn them on and listen to nothing. The noise cancelling doesn't require you to have any input for it to work.
I honestly don’t know the precise ranges, but just anecdotally, these are what I use and I’ve never gotten tinnitus after shooting, which as I understand it, is the point at which you’ve damaged your hearing. I originally bought them to mix live music and again just anecdotally, I hurt my hearing a lot more doing that than shooting. A 115 or 124 grain 9mm round really isn’t that loud and even foam earplugs can handle it fine as long as you have a good seal. Your plugs plus muffs are probably going to be overkill. Your only concern should be that you might annoy your friend cause he’ll be talking to you and you won’t be able to hear a thing.
Hi, my local range only sells human or zombie silhouette paper target. I don't like them. I ma looking for this kind of circle target (28 cents per paper) which has lots of circles on it so that I can maximally use each paper. Is the nationaltarget good vendor? Do you recommend other vendor? I found similar circle target on Amazon, $1 per paper but is 3 times more expensive. Thank you for sharing experience on buying good and cheap targets.
ps. My local range prohibit paper thinner than or equal to A4 paper.
Hi, are you a johnny trigger fan? I developed a fan app of the game: Johnny Trigger I am Follower, I would like your opinion to improve it, thank you very much.

Thanks for all the suggestions - in the meantime, I found these little tiny brushed - they are used for applying glue to the edge of eyelids.
The head of the brush is 0.0591 inches, a little under 1/16” of an inch.
I have no ideas if they will work, but it was something like $10 for 500 brushes.

Aperture sights are good for older eyes. Cheap scopes often have very limited eye relief a d can be problematic. Those Iron tech sights look good. Another alternative is the good old Williams. https://www.amazon.com/Williams-WGRS-54-Receiver-Peep-Sight/dp/B004VBS8X0
Here is a target setup that will last tens of thousands of rounds. It’s $55.
Stop being an asshole and getting ranges closed by shooting garbage like cans, plastic jugs, and other stuff. YOU WILL NOT PICK UP ALL THE PIECES.

Those targets look nice. You could also buy a sheet of bullseye stickers and put them on cardboard or something.
Because you can get every bit of performance you'll need for a 6 lb rimfire from a $20 bipod of the same design. What you're looking at are made for rifles 10 lbs heavier.
