My doctor recommended I get one for walking up the stairs. I have just reduced the amount of stairs I am doing so I haven't used it very much. I bought this one -

I believe it just supports the weight of your belly more so it's not all on your cervix. It does make me feel more supported.
Sure! It was actually generic for Endometrin, but they are both progesterone. Promethium looks more comfortable to insert :) Seroflora Disposable Vaginal... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FMF3PBF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share (I tried a few but this syringe type seemed to hold the small round pellets the best!)
My obgyn is a fan of pregnancy cradles, which look a little intense. I’m using this belt, recommended by my doula. Not sure I’m feeling much of a difference but am also trying to take it really easy so haven’t used it much https://www.amazon.com/AZMED-Maternity-Breathable-Abdominal-Support/dp/B0113WE0QS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1G3TQ9CEHR9WT&dchild=1&keywords=azmed+maternity+belt&qid=1605737448&sprefix=azmed%2Caps%2C159&sr=8-5
Thanks for the info. I put in three orders for various belts this morning. Some are very different. Like this one seems to apply pressure to just pelvic area: https://www.amazon.com/Belly-Bandit-V-Sling-Maternity-Support/dp/B082QTWPTF/ref=mp_s_a_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=belly+bandit&qid=1625231654&sr=8-12
I finally settled on this one which is similar to yours https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005DFD1ZI?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image
Glad to hear it feels supportive. I feel like all the advise from the MFM is so vague and if they are really recommending this, they should provide some buying guidance??
Honestly I just go online (Amazon) and find the best deal on Citicholine (sometimes called CDP choline) or Alpha GPC. I take about 600 mg per day. Some brands have very high dosage (unneccesary) or very low (just eat an egg then). The research articles I read used something around 400-600 mg per day.
Bitartrate has lower bioavailability than Citicholine (CDP) and Alpha GPC, meaning you body won't absorb and use as much of what you consume compared to the other two types. That's why it tends to be cheaper.
Right now I am using Type Zero Alpha GPC
