I used this kit (link below). It was a fairly easy install. I would suggest also getting the upper control arms because these cause a pretty wicked angle on the stock ones.

I have a 2017 Z71 LTZ.
I have a 3” leveling kit up front. It’s the Fox IPS shocks that have a built in 3” lift. I also have Fox shocks in the back but no lift in the rear. Then I bought upper control arms for the better angle and stress relief for the lift. Smooth ride, and clean look. I have 20x10” rims with 33 grapplers.
Not sure if your looking for a hard cover or a soft cover, but I’ve been happy with the Truxedo LowPro cover I put on mine. I’ll try to link it below, it’s around $500 on Amazon.
I’m not particularly concerned with the security of it, the ole “out of sight, out of mind” trick comes into play here as people can’t just look into the bed of my truck. For me it was about not losing bed space. It can be completely rolled up and you don’t lose an inch of bed space which appears to be the case with some of the hard covers or tri-fold covers. I’ve kept ball gear and such in there for months with no problems. I just wanted to be able to keep things dry when I need too. It can be rolled up in about 30 seconds or put back on about the same time.
I had this model professionally installed in my Vette. 3 years and had no issues, even with dark tinted windows. Paid for itself when someone driving a little shitbox cut me off and tried to say they weren't at fault. Just got my truck a few weeks ago and I'm considering buying the same one again.

I was looking at this one. Haven't pulled the trigger yet, but the manual says you can configure AFM to only activate at specific speeds like 55 or 70. Can you do that with the Diablo tuner? I'm not looking to fully deactivate AFM, but I could see benefits in preventing it from rapidly engaging and disengaging at low speeds.

Had some trouble with the adjustment screw on a headlight they made, but 3 of 4 headlights 2 of 2 tail lights, 2 of 2 fog light assemblies, and the third brake light were all spot on.
If they just look dingy, get this. Takes 2 minutes to switch the board to this new fob. I did it and it’s perfect! Cost $10

I was thinking about wiring up bed and wheel well lights. There is an amazon set for $15 Nilight-TR-08-Pickup-Lighting-Warranty/dp/B07YZFN925 that looks decent... as well as their tailgate /Nilight-TR-03-Tailgate-Sequential-Running/dp/B07F1M6HWC led set.
I didn't use a kit, I ordered a conversion harness off Amazon and got the fan assembly from LMC or Rock Auto or wherever had the best price at the time. You will have to flash your ECU to recognize the pins, but you can either send the unit off to a programmer or get pretty much any handheld programmer and have one done remotely. (I had an actual tune done at the same time, which I've been happy with for other reasons as well--I'd put on one of the DiabloSport canned tunes, and it had.)
Actually installing the thing is maybe an hour worth of work. There are two pins that have to be added in at the ECU over by the battery, but at least on mine they were empty slots and just snapped in. Biggest pain in the ass was taking off the mechanical fan/clutch, but there's a trick to it with a C-clamp that makes it an easy thing once someone bothers to tell you.
I absolutely suggest the conversion. First, your a/c will work better, particularly when you're sitting at idle at stop lights or in traffic. Second, it does help your fuel economy and cooling in general some--takes mechanical load off the crank, and also allows the truck to run the fans based on actual engine temp rather than RPM. Nice thing is that the 2500 has the big ass alternator on it, and I've not seen any sort of issue from the extra electrical draw; my understanding is that some of the lighter models use a smaller alternator, and people sometimes end up having to upgrade if they've already got other add-ons drawing power off theirs.

Here it is! I hate sticky/suction mounts cuause they ruin your dash/windshield and come undone. This works pretty great. You can manipulate it quite a bit like the angle/height. You're also able to charge your phone still. Only complaint is that I only have 2 cupholds in the front of my LTZ so one person doesn't get a cup holder when we need maps up. Really wish it was like the Ford console with 2 cupjolders in the front and 2 in the back.

This is much easier. Plugs into obd2 and gives you the option to only power on when vehicle is on or can flip the switch to have constant power for parking modes. Only thing is make sure the plug for dash cam is correct. They make different ones if needed.

The only issue you might have is if you use the GM/Chevy app to monitor vehicle diagnostics. You won't be able to get vehicle health info on the app if there's anything plugged into the OBDii port.
Also, my mileage did drop. I get an average of 14.5mpg around town, about 1.5mpg less than with DFM enabled.
The stuff you want is called GOOP, it's UV resistant, it's what we use on our RV seals :) don't be tempted to use normal silicone, it'll go bad and leak.

So the common issue that people run into with the 5.3L engines is one or more of the exhaust manifold bolts will break off allowing a gap where exhaust escapes between the block and the manifold. There are 4 or 5 bolts on each side, it's easy enough to spot if you have this issue just by looking at the bolts that hold the manifold onto the block, the head of the exhaust manifold bolt will be broken off leaving the stud in the block. (search 5.3 exhaust manifold leak on Youtube, tons of videos on this topic). The reason the sound can go away or quiet down after the engine warms up is simply that the metal expands with heat and reduces the gap thus eliminating the sound.
The hard and expensive way to fix it is to completely remove the exhaust manifold and remove the stud in the block either by drilling them out or welding a nut to it so it can be wrenched out and then replace with new bolts. This is such a common problem however that several companies make repair clamps that use existing threaded holes in the block to tighten the manifold back up to the block. Amazon, get a baffled can and you're all set. Won't be super pretty but it'll do the trick just fine. Here's a link to the one I currently use for $30, I replaced the hoses with proper 3/8" and got some of the quick disconnect clamps like the ones that GM uses and was all set.

I used to have the same problem with my 2012, 5.3l Silverado. I started using lucas oil stabilizer when I did the oil change and the oil pressure became more consistent. Here’s a link for vinyl wrap. More than enough for what you need. Only other stuff you need is razor blade and heat gun. Looks the best and is easiest to remove unlike paint. Plenty of YouTube vids to show process. vinyl wrap

It mounts to the bed under the tailgate(that crack between the tailgate and the bumper) runs all along the bottom of the tailgate. This is similar to what i have.
Yes, it is an "Amazon" product but Tyger, in my experience, makes great stuff for the money. I believe they are a bit more undercarriage than OEM. I've never had issues with shins.
I highly recommend making the switch to LED’s. I swapped out the halogen bulbs to LED’s this past weekend on my 2020 Trail Boss and they look and function so much better. I bought the high and low beam bulbs together.

Just on the blinkers. I just kept the incandescents on mine. I didn’t want to go the the trouble because resistors get very hot so you have to be careful where you mount them. I think there might be some bulbs with built in resistors which might be worth looking into. I have never had a message about the headlights.
There’s actually a coupon for the headlight bulbs on amazon I just checked to see which ones I had they have them for $26 with the $12 off coupon it’s the newer model than the ones I have heres the link I just ordered some more for that price.
