For best results- use EA Help on Facebook. Many players here have been hit with the reset and messaging on facebook seems to streamline the process. Don't give up! Here's some tips for when you message them:
1. Tell them your Sims Mobile game reset and send your game ID. (Number on the loading screen)

From my experience, it takes a LOT of experimenting to use. The AI can have a hard time distinguishing certain features such as green eyes, dark skin, or accessories. I know my results aren’t the most perfect, but I hope you guys like it.
