I used to get them right beside and under my eyes almost on my lash line, so obviously I couldn't really use any products or extract them, plus they were hard with a tough layer of skin on top. After being frustrated with the same ones for many years, it was my Optometrist who suggested a moist heat compress, minimum twice daily for approximately 15 minutes and very consistently (my GP confirmed as well).
Of course any type of compress can be used, but after some research I purchased this Bruder one based on recommendations and reviews. After only 1 week, 2 of them came off while washing my face and the other 4 just disappeared in less than a month.
Doing it regularly was annoying at first but it was well worth it after seeing how quickly the 2 came off and honestly, years of an annoyance gone in under a month made me wish I knew sooner. I still use the compress twice weekly to be preventative and my eyes feel much better in general as a bonus.
Lol I was curious too and saw the name of it on the screen.

It seems like you may be really oily because you’re drying out your skin!! Foaming cleansers can do that. I recommend a simple, hydrating cleanser like the cleanser for dry skin from La Roche Posay.
Treatment: Curology, niacinamide from the ordinary, paula’s choice BHA liquid exfoliant, and LOTS of hydration with a good, simple moisturizer!!! take turns with these products (one per day). moisturizer every day and every night.

Its an oil cleanser like TO squalane but much better (IMO) and I loooooved TO squalane.
I have dry, dehydrated skin as well! I layer toner on and then use a cream with hyaluronic acid in it for more moisture intake. This is the cream I've been using for months, it's affordable and lightweight.

Here’s essentially the one I use. You could probably find a single pack if you search on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Korean-Exfoliating-Scrub-Mitten/dp/B00VKJW42M
I’ve been to a Korean spa where they scrub your body for you. Awkward the first time because you’re just laying there butt naked on a massage table… but after that honestly then no f***s given. Also you realize how freaking amazing all the older Korean women’s skin is… and it’s because they scrub their dead skin off on a weekly basis.
Your skin will be baby soft after you do this. ☺️🙌
My skin used to look like this around my chin/lower cheek area and was using tretinoin too. Tretinoin chemically burned my skin over and over again no matter what % I used. I stopped going to the derm because I was not getting anywhere.

Oh you’re right! in that case, if she’s already using paula’s choice BHA, and it’s not working she should just stop using paula’s choice BHA, and switch to adapalene gel. acne free adapalene gel
It’s $7 for a 30 day supply, which honestly lasts longer than that because when you first start using it, you should only use it once a week.
Yeah, I suffer from that, too. I can't see the pic, but I assume it gets big and starts pulsing or burning. I bought off Amazon a heating tool that heats up to 50C. The heat destroys the proteins from the mosquito saliva and therefore, minimizes the allergic reaction to the bites.
So far, it helped tons. No more huge pulsing allergic bumps. It stings a little bit when it heats up and "burns" the skin, but I'll take that stinging (feels like you're getting tattoed) over having a hand-size allergic bump and not being able to walk (I get them at my ankles most of the time).
That can be such a difficult thing to talk about and thanks for sharing with us. As far as lip balm..tatcha lip balm. I recommend good old carmex or tatcha. I love tatchas products and their dewy skin mist feels so nice for dry skin. Just be sure to watch around the lips because it can clog those pores and cause a pimple. Trying anything new can disrupt the balance you have going on your face. There are patches to cover cold sores cold sore covers
My hands are so dry normally that they are effectively disabled without good hand lotion. Now in the pandemic they are in great shape. For hand washing coming in from outside or after touching potentially contaminated things: Micro-Scientific - Opti-Scrub Antimicrobial Liquid Soap; a surgical soap that isn't drying. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y2HD53N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
For bathroom and all other hand washing: Tom's Prebiotic Moisturizing Hand Soap; which at first disappointed me because it's low lather and about $5 a bottle- but then I realized my hands felt amazing! So it is my HG forever hand soap now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0814BML77?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It makes a lovely toner! it works really well with sensitive skin. if you are near a trader joes, get their Rose Water Facial Toner; TJs has seriously effective and cheeeap skincare!
If you want to use up what you bought, I recommend putting it in a spray bottle so you can mist it on your face after you use cleanser, before moisturizer. such a soothing smell and refreshing sensation. coworkers & I used to keep bottles in our desks and mist our faces when we needed to refresh/relax between classes (elementary teachers).

SPF is always good when you’re getting any kind of sun exposure in general, just because it isn’t bright doesn’t meant there aren’t UV days. BUT in your case it probably isn’t the most urgent thing :)
the Vanicream looks like this: https://www.amazon.in/Vanicream-Gentle-Facial-Cleanser-Pump/dp/B00QY1XZ4W
Exfoliate in the shower. The accumulation of dry skin needs to be removed and then use lotion.

You might consider the following for hand care during the winter:
• Only wash your hands with a gentle cleanser & LUKEWARM water
• Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer or thicker cream to slightly damp hands throughout the day. Keep reapplying anytime you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
• At bedtime, do the above & top with Vaseline or CeraVe healing ointment, & wear cotton gloves to bed. Be mindful of products containing lanolin (e.g., Aquaphor) because lanolin is an allergen for some people & it can irritate sensitive skin. Ignore this if you have used lanolin without irritation.
I use these cotton gloves.
• During the day when outdoors, wear sunscreen on top of your moisturizer & always wear gloves for sun, wind, & cold weather protection
• Make sure to hydrate with water throughout the day
• Use a cool mist humidifier in your bedroom while you sleep & in your most used rooms at home
Good luck! 🙌🏽
Girl.
You need NEED need NEED to try these two things.
First you do this one. versed cleansing balm then you use cerave hydrating cleanser
The idea is with double cleansing you use an oil to get all the dirt out and makeup off if you wear it then use a water based cleaner to get the oiliness off BUT IT STILL leaves you hydrated.
It did wonders for my face. Like I am clean and clear and UNDER CONTROL. It’s amazing.
My skin is dry in winter and dry and combo in summer.
I recommend using micellar water (with cotton rounds) in the morning and evening, and use face cream after.
a exfoliate ! don't use harsh products like nose/pore strips, they usually just have glue in them and are incredibly damaging to the skin. i recommend paula's choice skin perfecting 2% BHA liquid salicylic acid exfoliant. for something more gentle, the aveeno nourishing PHA facial exfoliator. :-)
I love using the these patches from Amazon that have tree tea oil in them. I haven’t had any issues with them and I feel like they’re more effective then regular pimple patches I’ve tried in the past.
You might consider the following:
• Only wash your hands with a gentle cleanser & lukewarm water
• Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer to slightly damp hands throughout the day
• At bedtime, do the above & top with Vaseline or CeraVe healing ointment, & wear cotton gloves to bed.

A) your skin is absolutely lovely, B) vitamin c (day) and lactic acid (night) are good for brightening, C) daily sunscreen. I use the Nivea Sun Protect, have for years and will continue to. Easily works into skin, no scent, doesn’t clog, feels like nothing, works with every product I’ve layered it with, 2 pumps is the daily recommended amount. Buy the pump once, get the cheaper refill after.

looks like your skin is just suuuuper dry to me. when i've had silimar things i start by exfoliating and doing some kind of hand mask (like these https://www.amazon.com/Aveeno-Repairing-Prebiotic-Paraben-Free-Fragrance-Free/dp/B07H9CBGY6/ref=sr\_1\_6?crid=2IV7R8YLIBHUJ&keywords=hand+mask&qid=1670234091&sprefix=hand+masks%2Caps%2C813&sr=8-6) before applying lotion. you might want to try thicker moisturisers if it continues tho
I have this same issue. My knuckles used to crack open and bleed all of the time. Right before you go to bed put on a generous amount of lotion and wait a couple minutes, then add a generous amount of aquaphor, then put gloves on. I normally use knit gloves. Aquaphor is super greasy, so I usually put it on the back of my hands.
I have found that using both lotion and aquaphor is a game changer! The lotion is going to add moisture into your skin. Petroleum jelly, like aquaphor or Vaseline helps your skin barrier retain the moisture.
I suggest using a lotion without fragrance and one for sensitive skin. Here is a link to my favorite. cetaphil moisturizing cream
My absolute favorite sunscreen is this one by Nivea which they apparently only have in Japan. I do order it on amazon without an issue, though. It's super lightweight. It does not have a strong scent. It's not greasy at all. In fact, it feels like putting water on your face. Once it's dry, you can't feel it. I wear it under my makeup without any issues as well. And it's only 13 USD. Haven't found anything better.
Yep, honestly the tubs would be fine too, just try it it really works well :)
$9.59 (also dunno why the Amazon link is so long)
I've started using the Elizavecca Pore Control Hyaluronic Acid and it is literally the best product I've ever used. I'm not sure if it helps w redness but my pores are definitely less defined and it's helped w blackheads. There's the link :)
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0779ZKTGJ?psc=1&ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_product\_details
I used to get this. It’s horrible. But it’s fine now this is now I ‘cured’ it 1. Always change and wash straight away after working out. Never wear leggings more than once. 2. I have a job where I sit alot so I wear big pants because I feel like the extra layer gives my bum some protection 3. I used a cream https://www.amazon.co.uk/BellamiLuxx-Clearing-Extracts-Moisture-Buttocks/dp/B08LSR6SWG/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?adgrpid=115172802402&gclid=Cj0KCQiAsoycBhC6ARIsAPPbeLt9PB8l-vOV8eawh-UWLYZkDIiEjMLRtYtt0_1wwVzPIjAYODlzyewaAiqMEALw_wcB&hvadid=4813893417... I don’t need to use it now as it’s completely cleared up. 4. I use an exfoliating brush on my bum regularly too, I think it’s a combo of the fine hairs getting blocked and general day to day dirt. 5. Also used nip and fab glycolic wipes and still do once a week. Took about 3 weeks to sort out
Basically, you wash your face using a cleanser made out of oil as your face wash. Sounds crazy, but the oil does a better job getting your skin's oil out of your pores when you splash water on it and rub it a bit. After rinsing it off with water, you can use a regular old gel cleanser to make sure none of the oil cleanser is still on your skin.
Here's a pretty solid daily use oil cleanser that's hella cheap and does a great job getting makeup off:
DHC has another one I've seen a lot of folks recommend on here.
Keratosis pelaris (spelling?), first aid beauty makes a KP bump eraser body scrub, use that in conjunction with this mit I got off Amazon. It’ll clear it up for sure but only as long as you use them and are consistent, it won’t cure it. mit
Ok so I was dealing with insanely dried lips.. worse than yours and I found this stuff on Amazon called Cortibalm. Legit fixed me in a day!! I’ll link it https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Dans-CortiBalm-Lip-Balm/dp/B000S2LT9Q
I REALLY love C.O. bigelow overnight lip balm. Bath and body works Carrie’s it for about $8 but you can also order on Amazon. It conditions my lips very well and it’s the only thing I use for the last several years.
I’m personally really enjoying the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair cream - it’s super thick and it does a great job at keeping my skin moisturized throughout the day. If I feel like that’s not enough, I like to add a small (small being 5 drops max) amount of jojoba oil to the top of my moisturizer. I’m linking both products on Amazon. Hope it helps :)
I believe it was technically banned by the FDA in 2020 for OTC sales but I've seen some of it on Amazon. Never understood why they banned it since most OTC was kept at 2% with prescription being 4%.
Not sure how well it would work, but this Cetaphil cleanser has instructions for cleansing without water.
May I ask what type of sunscreen you use? Retinol may help those wrinkles.
My best regime for combating my back acne is the following:
Shower and put clean clothes on immediately after the gym, use this wash on your back and let sit on your back for 1-2 minutes in the shower, I used it twice a day.
It takes patience but it has cleared up 80-90% of my back acne. It took about 1 month of doing this every day to see results so stick with it and don’t give up. I will say it has not eliminated all of it, but such a crazy difference. Apply it with a silicone shower scrubber which is cleaner than a sponge or wash cloth which can hold more bacteria.
Op here
Thanks everyone for the replies. I actually started using this because it is being sold as a facial brush: https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Radiant-Cleansing-Exfoliation-Bristles/dp/B09CLQ2FR7/ref=mp_s_a_1_14?crid=JKB3XIL3HL5L&keywords=facial+brush&qid=1667215154&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI2LjI0IiwicXNhIjoiNi4xMiIsInFzcCI6IjUuNzkifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=faci...
I'm obviously going to stop using it. I'm very new to this so I had no idea how much it was damaging my skin. I really should have known straight away with how rough it is 🤦♀
Detox armpits:
•Reduce Body Odor
•Draws out toxins from conventional Deodorants.
Try this Armpit Detox Scrub
When they can't detox armpits, toxins build up and contribute to the odor that you're putting the deodorant on for in the first place.
Aquaphor by eucerin!! It is literally the only thing that didn't make my dry patches worse. Vaseline was a nightmare for me personally. I found it dried me out more. Aquaphor
Eucerin carries a product called Aquaphor. It is the only thing that's worked for me!!! It's a healing ointment for dry, cracked skin.Aquaphor by Eucerin
The BEST lip balm I have ever used and only use is by the brand Dermal Dermal lip balm. Every other lip balm sat weird, felt like it had a film on my lips, or didn’t hydrate my lips at all. I used to have bad chapped lips and this is the only thing that helped.
I came here to say i think you have beautiful eyes and i can see your very pretty soul beaming through em! Acne will pass, give it time, probably hormones, but don’t let it steal much of your joy, we all had it at this age. That said, i still use baby rash cream for mine to this day and it works like a charm. Specifically this one. yugoslavian pavloviceva mast creamMy whole life. It works so well. It doesnt go away overnight, but it calms any red cranky pimples and makes them fade fast over 2-4 days. Apply at bedtime. Good luck my cute friend.
Outside of softly exfoliating my legs, I also found that [Cerave Salicylic Acid lotion](amazon.com/CeraVe-Vitamin-Hyaluronic-Salicylic-Fragrance/dp/B07VW4CY47?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) has done wonders for my skin on my legs. When you say you wear pants, are you talking about jeans? Could it be something with the fabric irritating you for wearing them long periods of time?
so as the title says… this has happened over the last 2 weeks. No products have been changed before or after this so I have no idea what is going on… is my skin barrier damaged?

Any help is appreciated at all because I am loosing all confidence and make up is looking like garbage on my skin
Not this one. But a similar one with 1 mm needles. Can't find the exact version. Just a generic brand.
Ok so my skin has never been the best since I hit puberty. I am currently 20 years old and have now amazing skin. My skin as a teenager living in Arizona was always dry and flaky, no matter how much moisturizers I would apply it would only help temporarily. I went to the dermatologist and he had solutions but none were really effective. So what I did was take the matter into my own hands and did some research to overcome the dryness of my skin. What I found was Silk rehydrates your skins due to the amino acids in it. So I thought to my self I should seriously consider the benefits of using a silk product when sleeping. I bought a Silk Sleep-mask and a Silk Pillowcase. The benefits were huge! With the combination of moisturizer and my Silk products my face would be hydrated throughout the day and not look flaky in the morning. I highly recommend the the Silk Sleep Mask because of how it is directly on your face but I also recommend the pillow case for more support.
This is the link for the Silk Sleep Mask I bought- https://www.amazon.com/Luxe-Silk-Sleep-Luxury-Natural/dp/B0B9JFHT53/?\_encoding=UTF8&pd\_rd\_w=8IgoY&content-id=amzn1.sym.8cf3b8ef-6a74-45dc-9f0d-6409eb523603&pf\_rd\_p=8cf3b8ef-6a74-45dc-9f0d-6409eb523603&pf\_rd\_r=9YCQJRR1V68HHV8...
I cant remember the exact brand for pillow case but watch out some brands may try to sell you satin and not silk. That is why I linked that mask because the other one I bought felt weird.
I would try a low dosage of tretinoin cream! Ask a dermatologist or your primary doctor! This is definitely a mild-moderate case and in no way should call for anything stronger! I would recommend other creams, but in my opinion, they were never helpful for me and just left me with a drawer of different prescription creams/gels/lotions. While you wait for the doc, just wash your face with a good benzoyl peroxide additive.. I used CeraVe’s Acne Foaming Cleanser - just a heads up, it isn’t actually “foaming” though!
You look great but to help smooth that out, this cerave retinol serum should help a lot! It has an incredible ingredient list. If you are able to get it wherever you are located, it should do wonderful.
Beg pardon, that's not the one I'm using, this one is, though idk if its any better, and what do you mean by "Cut it out for a week or two"? Thanks for answering me, lol
Absolutely! I mentioned the name but forgot to actually link it.

There are other brands available, but this is the one my co-worker bought, and also the brand Dr Dray mentions in a video about hypochlorous acid.

It has: Glycolic acid, Mandelic acid, Lactic acid, Shea Butter, DMAE, Niacinamide, and Glycolipids. They make an AHA bodywash too but I haven’t tried it yet.
To my knowledge, Panoxyl does not have a product that is 2.5%. Fortunately, you can walk into any drugstore or grocery store and find many products with BP 2.5%. I like this one.
Exactly, a couple times a week. Careful, go slow. This combo is really strong and can destroy your moisture barrier if you're too aggressive.
Try using a drying lotion on your pimples. It will heal a good portion over night. The break-outs on your nose, you may need to very gently squeeze them, and clean the area with a toner/ hydrogen peroxide, then follow it up with a dry lotion.

Apply an AHA cream like Amlactin lotion every night before bed! It’ll reduce the texture/pigment of them. Just be sure to use proper sun protection during the day 😊
This is the strongest version…
Apply a strong exfoliating cream with alpha hydroxy acid to feet nightly before bed. You will see a difference. These 2 products are best.
Hey there!
Cetaphil makes an AHA body wash for rough texture. It’s very effective when combined with an exfoliating washcloth in the shower. Then Amlactin 10% is going to be your strongest treatment lotion available OTC.
Eucerin Oil Balm
This is a lovely product that feels like a balm (similar to coconut oil at room temp) but melts into the skin like an oil. Fragrance free, no mineral oil or petrolatum in this in case that’s your preference, contains vitamin c as well.
Simple micellar water face wash, it's great. I see they have it on Amazon.in , I'm guessing you can find it in stores too?
Looks like it. I would recommend this kp lotion. I used it when I had KP and it was a miracle cure.
I use Noble Formula 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Original Emu Bar Soap and I like it, but I have to follow it with toner to remove the squeaky soap residue.
DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Bar Soap is a brand I haven’t tried yet, but I think I’ll buy it next when my current bar runs out to see if it’s better.
Aah me too! I used to cut up nexcare blister bandages, but now I just buy these off of Amazon it’s like 3 months supply for less than 11 bucks.
I looked up PRID. Is it this one https://www.amazon.com/Smiles-Drawing-Hylands-Topical-Irritations/dp/B0089UN898?
Sorry to tell you, but it's essentially a moisturizer. It's homeopathic, meaning the "active" ingredients are diluted. The 3x means it is "potentiated" three times, meaning it is diluted three times. There is essentially nothing in it that is doing anything.
Could be an allergic contact dermatitis due to your toothpaste. Get a toothpaste without flavorings (most irritating flavorings are spearmint and peppermint.) It is quite hard to find a toothpaste without flavorings so try a toothpaste with a star berry or grape flavor (such as the Tom's Kids Strawberry Toothpaste). Cocamidopropyl Betaine can also cause irritation. It is a surfactant usually used instead of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (an irritating detergent). Your toothpaste can also have Propolis which is made from bees and can be very sensitizing. But, you HAVE to get a toothpaste with fluoride or else, it’s not a toothpaste.
Here are some toothpastes you can try

I use this one to spot treat, but they also have a toner and cleanser.
One of the sunscreens I really like is the solimo SPF 50+ sensitive skin formula ( the one that comes in a pump). It has a wonderful array of some of the best sunscreen filters and you get for 200 mL bottles at an unbeatable price and it's available on Amazon Europe.

Also another one that wins on quality and value is the altruist family spray sunscreen they just came out with last month. Excellent value, great filters and light lotion texture and you'll be supporting a good charitable cause and a small business.
Also the new sunscreens from Avene that feature their proprietary "Triasorb" filter are all getting some rave reviews and they are readily available all over Europe.
And finally there is the new UVImmune sunscreen from La Roche-Posay which also has a state-of-the-art formula and has been recently released but the only drawback is that it contains some low-molecular-weight alcohol that could be irritating.
I hope this helps.

isnt korean, but japanese. Hado Labo hyaluronic moist lotion (in japan they refer to toners as lotion) it is superrr hydrating and makes my skin feel so supple and soft. the hyaluronic acid in it really helps to lock in moisture to hydrate your skin. not only is it good for hydrating, it also tones your face. it's around $11-13 on amazon, yesstyle, walmart. i ordered mine on amazon :) https://www.amazon.com/HADALABO-Gokujun-Hyaluronic-Lotion-Moist/dp/B074GX619Q
I used to use this (tried both versions) for about a year. I felt like it made my oily skin even worse because it wasn’t providing enough moisture. I switched over to the Hada Labo Premium and it transformed my skin. It’s softer and smoother and brighter than it’s ever been! My skin is also extremely sensitive and other than the first week or so of my skin adjusting, I’ve had no problems with this product. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JRXH3W8?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-mobile-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_5&amp&crid=3OP33OJ7U55M0&amp&sprefix=hada+
I bought DEBAIY serum on Amazon (my sister helped me save 60%:60HBZJUV), use it every morning and night after toner, its compatible with my sensitive skin, I have been using it for a week, and my colleagues say that my skin looks great.
Maybe try switching brands I use La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin Dry Touch Sunscreen SPF 60, Oil Free Face Sunscreen for Acne Prone Skin, Won't Cause Breakouts, Non-Greasy, Oxybenzone Free https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A0NT3D6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_1F3NAQH8TH24YPC78D5J?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Like everyone pointed out dead skin and dirt.
You need to scrub every corner of your skin. Many exfoliating scrubs and loofah is available on market however, for me none works as good as a piece of cotton cloth used traditionally in my native place or https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0748GDJLD/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_T3P5Z8D8SF52G4RZGGD6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I hope you find a loofah that works for you.
