Got the grip from handleitgripsand some purple vinyl wrap from micheals. Cut the vinyl to the size they give you with the grips.Stick it on the grips and do the install.make sure you peel the backing off the vinyl before you install since the grip won’t stick properly if you don’t.

This is the pressure pad I have. Not gonna fit through the slots.

I might consider zip tying the wire to the slots themselves in the future, but its already tight enough that it can wait.

Try the DPP Titanium Adapter. It's cheap and works great. I have it on my Hellcat and 43X. No issues thus far.

Saw someone use this one so I tried it and it seats well. I did have to re tighten it a little because I noticed a wiggle yesterday. Idk if another brand would be different.

4 o'clock is probably the ideal position, but I'd like to be able to shift between that and 6. AIWB makes me kind of nervous.

I have plenty on their holsters, plus they’re backed by a lifetime guarantee. They’re cheap also, you an always get a different holster if you want to add any other accessories to it. I haven’t had problems with this holster, and I use it for my Glocks as well.

I ordered a Vedder for mine but they are 2+ weeks backed up so I ordered this on amazon prime (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083XBKMTJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VkFkFb5MKEQY6) , it worked great until I put my Swampfox Sentinel optic on and now it doesn’t fit properly without some help (when pushed into the holster it hits the optic and pushes the slide back).

Waiting for the Vedder as I’ve heard great things about it!

I added the hogue grip for a P365, trimmed it a bit and it really softens the snap of this gun. At about 800 rounds I am starting to dial in my accuracy with the u-dot site.

I had a similar problem with the these Trijicon sights . I wanted them to cowitness with my vortex venom, but I think it’s a flaw with Springfields mounting system and the cut not being deep enough. I’d like to se any good red dot that you can fully cowitness with an XDm osp...

I'm seriously looking at the Alien gear as another IWB holster option to try out. Price is rather nice and easy to live with.

The first incarnation of the Truglo TFOs are a good choice. I had them on my G19. The TFO 2 are a little more expensive and, IMO at least, do not offer a corresponding benefit to the increase in cost.
