The simplest way to do it is to copy all the contents of the file (Cmd+A on a Mac or a similar command on windows) and then paste the contents into either a Microsoft Word / Pages or Rich Text file (whatever floats your boat :-)) by doing (Cmd+V on a Mac or similar command on windows). Takes a minute to copy since it's a pretty huge file.
