I just did some further research and you're correct! Sling has both H&I and Grit as part of their streaming service. So yes, that's a problem with Stremium if it's not pulling up that channel for you. That's interesting I found that out also as I like both those channels, and now know Sling is a good option for me.
Try the Playstore first. If Amazon's stick doesn't support the Playstore (wtf) just search "stremium apk download"

Just d/l the file using a web browser on Fire, or put the file on your cloud account and d/l to the Fire it from there. What I do on my Onn (Android) is install a file manager that can handle cloud accounts and sync it up with Drive or MS OneDrive. I recommend Solid Explorer, but any good file explorer will work. If you have an Android phone, all this should be pretty familiar.
PlayOn Cloud works great though, even now offers 1080p recordings, and they integrate automatically with Channels DVR. Great for folks who don't run Windows anyway.

doubt it will ever happen. they have been supposedly working on it for years.
maybe look into this one. says it works with locast .
Yes, v3.01 is the latest version for Android. I use it on my phone and Chromebook that runs Android apps. Fire is probably similar. You can always verify the latest Android version available in the Play Store by going to the app and scrolling the details at the bottom. You can also join the Stremium "beta program" there, which I have but the version level has not changed since September of last year. This is just indicative of the level of development in the app. I mean why would you even have a "beta program" if you didn't intend to use it? One would think that if they were testing a beta Android app they would want to solicit feedback from a small set of users using this feature. Cheers!
