Exactly but in affluent areas.
You are more likely to find a well to do man at a Whole Food near a ritzy neighborhood than at a convenience store in a food desert. (Although the local slum lord might stop to pick up candies there but who would want to date someone like that? Yikes.)
Ginie Sayles' advice in How to Marry the Rich (which Anna and others have plagiarized a lot) was that your living location was more important than your living conditions when it comes to hypergamy.
She emphasized that it was better to have am attic studio in a wealthy ZIP code than a house in a shady neighborhood.
Unfortunately, rentals and the price of real estate have gone bonkers in recent years and even a studio apartment in a $$$ neighborhood might be beyond the budget of a young working woman.
Learn to read people and trust your instincts, it will go far to help you stay away from the scammers and the sketchballs.
One thing that helped me immensely was reading "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin deBecker: https://www.amazon.com/Gift-Fear-Survival-Signals-Violence/dp/0440226198
Get cash up front before hooking up. "No romance without finance."
Don't suffer fools, don't take checks, don't mess around with cashapp or zelle or whatever.
Know your limits, be assertive, don't be scared to bluntly state your needs and most importantly cut people off when they aren't giving you good vibes or delivering on their promises.
You're gonna need a thick skin to thrive in this game. <3 xx
Or you could keep him on the backburner. Don't end it if the money is good but start looking for his replacement.
I also suggest that you read Why men love bitches. It is a very good book and most of it can be applied to sugar as well as vanilla.
Right now, just match his energy and don't text him. If he is genuinely busy it comes across as needed and if he is not and just doing a slow fade, you don't need to waste your energy chasing after him or getting into a "discussion".
Most men HATE the "we need to talk" texts and it does absolutely nothing to bring you back closer together. I just makes them run even faster.
I have this book also listed on our wiki and I recommend that you read Sherry Argov's Why Men Love Bitches
This book will really help you with your mindset when it comes to vanilla dating and also to keep your standards high.
I always recommend reading Ginie Sayles How to meet the rich and How to marry the rich. Those are older book but proven tips and strategies.
Being a high value woman in a propitious environment will keep the outright dusties away but it doesn't guarantee that all those who approach you will be your target. Some men will be cheap etc. or just not meet your standards.
Amazon sells those.
They are non lubricated so they don't taste bad and also are excellent for pegging
There are some major red flags here.
a) he is only 26
b) wanting a sex slave.. a lot of those so called "dominant" guys are just abusers who use BDSM as a cover to be sexually rough and ignoring your boundaries
c) cuckholding plus you being sub could mean that he might want you to do a gang bang or have sex (for free) with his friends. This could put you in a super dangerous situation and even at risk of being trafficked or pimped out.
d) your instincts tell you not to meet him. ALWAYS trust your instincts. You subconsciously picked up something and this is why you are hesitant about it
I recommend that you block him and do not meet him. Also read this book
Definitely.
This is an older one but Amberly Rothfield 's book is still really helpful
How I Made 10,000 a Month as a Phone Sex Operator
The woman is genuine and her tips are solid.
Don't be too hard on yourself ok? We all make mistakes.
I had just edited my comment to also recommend G.L Lambert's Ho Tactics
He is kind of crass but he gives some good insights on male psyche and how to use their horniness to your advantage.
I agree with you. The big issue is that OP slept with the guy immediately. He didn't have to work for it and be generous.
Freestyling is all about finesse. You have to change your mindset exactly.
I recommend that you read this book Why men love bitches
Guys love free and easy pussy but don't value it. Make him court you and invest in you.
Why Men Love Bitches is definitely a classic and has some useful strategies. I was just going to (re) post an excerpt from it, great minds think alike!
I also am going to add it to our reading recommendations in our Wiki
Try to not think of them as "daddies" but rather as well to do generous men and they are pretty much everywhere (in wealthier neighborhoods).
It is a bit older but Ginie Sayles has some great books about hypergamy and social climbing. Not only does she gives some practical tips and strategies but she also puts an emphasis on mindset and "leveling up".

This is an older book but Ginie Sayles gives a lot of good insights and tips when it comes to meeting wealthy men.
It is more geared toward those playing the long game since it puts an emphasis on changing your mindset and "leveling up" but definitely worth the read
There are some past posts on, this on this forum, about how and where to meet walthy men outside of the online sites...not Houston specific but for any bigger city in general. I think some ladies who post here live in Houston or near it, so might be able to give you some hot spot locales. (-:
Also, if you enjoy reading books Ginie Sayles is an oldie but goodie! She is a good, old-fashioned, proper Texas gold digging gal.
