I do believe his name is Oscar.
He lives in the halfway house by Lucky on Mathilda.
Several people have complained about him but the SPD always say he hasn't ever hurt anyone and is therefore considered to be harmless.
There's a long post about him on nextdoor if you've got an account.
I moved here just over a year ago. The place I moved to had some furniture in it, but the mattress had seen better days... like some time in the 1970s. Anywho, I bought a memory foam mattress and bed frame from Amazon. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but it's the best $300 I've spent on something to sleep on.

If you check out Facebook Marketplace and search for loquat, you can find people in your area who have trees and are looking to sell or give away the fruit.
I worked at an animal shelter in college and we had these 'Adopt Me' bandanas we would put on the dogs whenever we took them for walks. They actually worked better than almost anything else because people would walk up and meet the dogs on the spot.
They were sorta like these.
And maybe also try putting up fliers at local coffee shops?
I know the starbucks on Mathilda by the Lucky has a bulletin board.

Durable and zero snags. I've been working through a pack of these for years.
A fraction of the price of a haircut, and safer, too.
I'd just find an empty office complex and occupy a corner for an hour. I have these, by the way, to make things simpler: * https://www.amazon.com/RhinoGear-11909ABMI-RhinoRamps-Vehicle-Ramp/dp/B0117EETEK/
P.S. please clean up after too. Be a bud!
Highly recommend a reverse osmosis system for drinking, refrigerator and cooking. They are basically bottled water quality and spotless. I got this Home Master TMAFC Artesian Full Contact Undersink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005A3WM6C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_qTauBbM890KQA, and highly recommend it.
I'm in Santa Clara. The water taste very bad without RO filtration because it's very "rich in mineral". But I may not have algae problem. Not sure if you'll need a pre-filter for that.
