False. That article is outdated. Undocumented immigration is no longer criminalized in Mexico, it's punished with a civil fine.

The same reason that marijuana use between whites and blacks are typically similar but the arrest rate for blacks is still higher. Despite what many people think, institutionalized racism is still quite prevalent.
We don't get to have 200 years of slavery, segregation, jim crow, and then suddenly be good just because we say "Oops, my bad." Not only is America still racist, it very tangibly effects many minorities in very real and consequential ways.
It might be easier to believe "Oh, crime is higher in blacks because they are just worse people." but that isn't what the numbers demonstrate. Anyone who draws that conclusion simply isn't looking at the numbers within the context of all of the variables. You're not a "race realist" for noticing the disparate number of arrests. You're misinformed for believing that causation lays in genetic inferiority.

>I claim to know better than you.
Really? What's your background in the law? Taken any classes on the subject? Litigated in court? Reviewed a contract or two?
>She knew what she was doing.
You keep saying that, yet you offer no proof.

Me too and I got stuck on the "accidentally". Like they set out to write a paper on these bacteria but just ended up getting carried away and ranking them.
