I’ve been taking this for about a month. Can’t comment on effectiveness as we just started TTC this month, but I have a lot more energy and so does my husband.

I also love MFP, but another app that I like is called Coach.me (formerly called Lift). It's an app that helps you build good habits. It works similarly to other "don't break the chain" or "no zero days" programs. When you complete your good habit, you go to the app and check off that day and it tracks how long you've been going.
Right now I'm using mine to track taking my vitamin and exercising every day. You can set an alarm, which helps me remember to take the vitamin, and I'm motivated to exercise at least a little every day because I don't want to break my 20-day streak! I've also used it for "negative" habits like don't eat any candy from the candy bowl at work.
Amazon. I personally buy NOW brand as I’ve bought other supplements from them over the years and like the brand.
Get some Ginseng on Amazon! We were dealing with the same problems, and once it starts it is a really difficult hurdle to get past for him and just gets worse. I did some research and found a great Ginseng supplement that he can take once daily. It does the trick! No performance issues, he should be good to go if he keeps up with it daily. It also boosts libido and doesn’t make him feel jittery or weird. It helped with his confidence and our timing so much. Here’s the one we got: Energy Pills Organic Maca Root - Testosterone Booster with Korean Red Ginseng & L-Theanine - Libido Enhancement for Men & Women - Gluten-Free Vegan Non-GMO Supplement Capsules https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NV1NN6Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fab_iClHFbY0A69ZN
I got this scale on Amazon it tells me what my muscle gain and other stuff is. It really helped me when I would struggle with not seeing the loss I wanted to see. It stores that in an app too so you can compare. I don't use the app so much now but when I was going hardcore it was great.
This week was rough, not gonna lie. Monday through Thursday I was a nervous wreck leading up to my beta draw. Once I got the news that it went down, I felt a huge weight lifted off but I realized that I need to figure out how to rise above the anxiety and not give it any more power. I picked up the book Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn off my bookshelf, dusted it off, and have started re-reading it. Although I've been doing some guided meditation that has been useful in the past couple weeks I haven't been good about just being with myself. I think I'm going to give myself 2-3 weeks of formal practice, and if things are still rough by then I'll seek out seeing a therapist after the holidays.
