Good morning, Team Valentine! My first challenge so I'm looking forward to being a part of the team. I lost 60 pounds many years ago by just cutting out carbs, whites, and sugar drinks (and light exercise). The past few years, however, have resembled a lopsided yo-yo - up twenty, down ten, up fifteen, down ten. I managed to pack about 40 pounds of what I originally lost back on and I hate how I feel.
