Maybe not that expensive, you can order free samples from sites like Alibaba. Here is one example, you could order 1000 headphones for 500 dollars. I'm sure you could make smaller orders too. Just keep ordering freebie samples until you find the one that fits, then order all these cheap headphones.
Well, I have little skill at soldering, etc., so I have just avoided the plans that I've seen for adding a Bluetooth module to a keyboard. :7)
I know that getting power to the thing would be one issue.
