My GF has this one in the bedroom in her condo, it's pretty quiet.

Hers is sitting on top of an area rug but really it should be on top of a foam mat to absorb the vibration from the running impact. She uses it at 7am most days and has never had a complaint from her downstairs neighbour.
She got it after the gym in her condo closed due to covid and has been using it for about a year. IMO this is a good option for the cold weather months but it's nice outside you should go out and get some fresh air.
If you are looking for a fan recommendation this one is very good

I bought one 3 years ago and a second one last summer.
It has 8 speeds so you can have it quiter at night. Oscilates, has a timer, and a remote control
The remote csn turn it on and off, adjust the speed, and the oscilation. The timer can only be controlled from the unit.
Our guy is 11 months, we bought this play pen from amazon Best investment we ever made tbh. We've heard it can be dangerous because older kids have climbed and fell. But we don't have that issue yet. We leave the toys in there and he just plays with it or I get in there with him and I'm on my laptop or I even take a nap in there with him. We used thes playmats and a blankets on top so if he falls he's not hurt much.
No kidding, you can still buy this book;

When the average family can no longer afford the average home, how can so many people be deluded into believing a boom will last forever?when none has before? How could we have put so much money into something we might never be able to sell, except to a greater fool?
It's been a lot longer than that. Before Punwasi was Garth. Garth still has a book on Amazon for sale;

"A young couple in Toronto starts house-hunting with a $450,000 budget and ends up with a $700,000 home, after losing fifteen bidding wars."
Nothing short of fantastic. We have a 50 yo home and adding steel doors eliminated all drafts in the sunroom, so you should be more than satisfied with their performance. One last tip is buy hardware yourself and have them install it, because door companies are happy to ream you with 2-3x markup otherwise. I got 1.6m bar pulls and had them installed for a nominal $100 VS the $800 they were quoting me per handle... For your typical big box entry handle set they wanted around $300....

LOL. Garth Turner, the failed politician to author and money guru entrepreneur. This book from 2008 didn't age well
thats a great suggestion! You seems to know some pals from fintrac.
Can you pass on information about this book: https://www.amazon.ca/Wilful-Blindness-network-tycoons-infiltrated/dp/0888903014 to Fintrac folks?
I've dealt with the exact same issue before and discovered a lot along the way!
To start things off, there's so many types of noise and unfortunately, most if not all bylaws are written for audible noise but they totally overlook low frequency vibrations like humming. My issue was solved relatively easily because it was coming from a central AC unit above my bedroom, so I got isolation pads and placed them under the unit which helped reduce the noise.
Good luck, and happy to answer any questions about this.
I was worried about that too but it didn’t happen - and it’s part of their responsibility to do so. You could always add a note near your door saying to remind them to put the key back in the lockbox.
And if you really really wanted to, there’s locks you can buy that wouldnt allow anyone to get into your house from the outside. Maybe something like this: Xhwykzz Portable Door Lock - Upgraded Version Family Travel AirBNB Hotel School Home Apartment Must Haves Security Devices Door Locks Jammer Self Defense for Additional Safety (Black 1 Pack) https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09B5CW7Y8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KMP7HNCRP9XV906PFGA1?psc=1
If there is a furnace humidifier, make sure to clean it yearly. Ours had a buildup and flooded part of the basement. You can get these water sensors that will beep if it comes in contact with water, similar to a fire alarm. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0748BRVWC/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_E84SQ02JEZXV2KC41V0K?psc=1
On that note check your fire alarms!
If you want to calculate it by putting in your own rate increases you can use my app mortgage hack I made it cause I was trying to figure out the same thing myself!
You can put in the rate increases and when you think they'll happen and see which comes out ahead.
I created an app to help solve this problem!
Basically you can input when you expect interest rates to go up and by how much and see which one comes out ahead at the end of your term.
If payments is your reason though it still feels like variable is always better due to lower payments.
I highly recommend you to consider installing these and close the curtains before you go to sleep:
Thanks for taking the time to share a pic. It actually looks like this. https://www.amazon.com/T6069A4002-Honeywell-Thermostat-Manual-Changeover/dp/B07XZLK556
There is unfortunately no auto function.
That's 100% true. Not sure why you are being downvoted here.
There is no escaping the dead insects near the skimmer. You can reduce dead frogs, etc by getting a ramp like this one. Also, (getting rid of) lighting and proper trees/bushes in the vicinity of the pool determine how many insects end up in the skimmer. Plus, if you keep the algae away, water bugs will generally stay away.
Said that, the fact that you have a waterfront next to your pool, the amount of insects are going to be generally higher in your pool. Try getting a pool robot. It's super helpful in keeping the pool cleaner.

all the RE pumps and over-leveraged would-be bagholders are up a big surprise and going to learn financials 101 lessons for a small tuition fee of 100K-400K :)
I used this for my previous purchase, and I would strongly recommend buying one: https://www.amazon.ca/Crystal-Birthday-Teacher-Girlfriend-Classmates/dp/B075HCVVY7
It tells you all things in the past and future, including inflation, pricing, interest rates, and IQ values as gauged from the temperature of the frontal cortex. Since it is made in China, make sure you say "Abra ka Dabra" in Chinese accent before you use it.
Something like this https://www.amazon.ca/General-Tools-MMD7NP-Moisture-Tricolor/dp/B00HARYVUQ/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=moisture+meter&qid=1625239626&sr=8-3
It basically tries to measure if there is wetness behind the drywall. It isn't perfect, but if you notice some parts of the wall seem wet or have weird bumps sticking out you could try measuring if there is water on the drywall.
same with me, we'll make babies and I'll drown them in a trash can or the like and want to drop things without have to take the role if he had to claim it to be only a decade or so. Happened to me about 3 times.
You would very rarely expect a game to PC through XCloud is just as good as Disneyland. And from what I’ll take a look if you want one! Thank you. Tomorrow the bootloader will be unlocked. I made the move from PIA to Mullvad about a year before switching to flat and noticed zero difference
Because you know, to use it as "investment" imply you intend to earn from it, and there's only a few ways to earn from real-estate.
2 & 3. Definitely not weird at all, doesn't mean it's a good thing or not. Especially just a quick amazon search reviews much books to choose from. More than enough to start on "fundamentals" anyways.
In fact, start with "--dummies" series is always not a bad place to start.
I happen to have both credible arguments and descriptions of you - not insults just true facts about your moral character. You have neither arguments nor character descriptions, you really have nothing.
I've read quite a lot about economics. Just because I don't accept your random assertions about economics does not mean I am misinformed. Maybe you should read that book?? Your whole comment with that link is just a thinly veiled insult - essentially proving you are hypocritical when complaining about insults but then you use them yourself. Again nice try, not falling for your crap. I don't believe your random economic assertions, I don't believe your fake concern for anyone but your own bank account. You are a proven liar and scummy landlord why should anyone believe you?
Here I found a book for you to read, maybe its more your speed: https://www.amazon.com/Economics-Infants-Steven-Kates/dp/1925501434
P.S. You obviously don't care about anyone but yourself. You aren't fooling anyone.
