I bought a set of these wifi outlets for about $22 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N1JPPXK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_pMqdFb7SNJDKS set up webhooks thru ifttt, attached it to the smart life app (which can also be connected to Google home and Alexa), then set up the touch portal button to connect to a website (the webhooks irl) and now i can control my lights through this app. I also set it up on my wife's stream deck. It worked exactly the same on the stream deck and touch portal.
