I would honestly recommend just watching all the episodes you missed. The show is worth it, and 24:LAD will still be there when you finish.
If you must rush, and are impatient, IGN put together a great re-cap of all eight seasons so far: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/04/30/every-season-of-24-recapped
12 1-hour episodes, each one in real-time. There may be gaps in time between episodes, however. (Source)
All I see with Kate is her lovely ass modeled in the tightest stretch fabric in the galaxy for Mass Effect 2.
Yvonne is world famous because of her ass:

It’s definitely made by Rothco, because I wanted one and looked it up years ago. You can find the it in Olive Drab and Black, the two colors Jack used for the canvas bag on Amazon.
I bought a smaller version (meant to hold ammunition) of the bag to hold my makeup, haha. So I can vouch for the Olive Drab color being the one for the bag in season 4.
It’s a great bag, by the way! Even though it’s not the same one, it’s super sturdy and tough. I spend a lot of time at Lake Powell and in Mexico and that little bag goes everywhere with me.
Look up magnetic healing or therapy bracelets. From stills I'm having a hard time telling if it's silver or copper, but it's more of a cuff not a full bracelet. Here's an example, though I'm sure his was nicer.

I have DVDs of both S1 and S2 of the Indian version, with English subtitles - they were available on Amazon, right now I can only find S1 though (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Season-Kapoor-Mandira-Tisca-Chopra/dp/B013THKG7W - I am based in the UK). I found it to be a very non-trivial task to rip the subtitles though
I have proper subtitle files for the Japanese version
(I assume that's for the U.S. only?)
btw:
Some Amazon users might prefer the Prime Video interface, which also
gives access to free-with-ads IMDbTV content (Prime membership NOT needed).
There are a bunch of “24” books that have come out, but my favorite of the bunch is 24: Deadline.
It picks up an hour after the end of Day 8 and follows Jack as he tries to say goodbye to Kim and flee the country while the FBI and Russians try to hunt him down. It was surprisingly good!
