+1 to the other two comments: the higher resistance levels possible with the vform, plus the ability to squat(!), deadlift and row mean it feels like a no-brainer to me.
Plus if you're happy with the cost and footprint of something like the Tonal, then I imagine you'd probably be happy with the price and footprint of a doorway pullup bar or even a freestanding pullup/dip station. And if pullups are too difficult, a few resistance bands might help. If pullups are too easy, you could still get a dip belt and some plates/kettlebells to add resistance for <£100. Just make sure you get something solid (screw-in or properly counterbalanced, like the one I use (not an ad or affiliate link)).
As for the quality of the app and classes, I have no idea. I do reckon there's a good chance the Tonal would "win" here, but as a "pure" home gym setup, vform + pullup bar is much more appealing to me.
I came here to link to the one I use (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V6Z3171) but the Inspire bar linked below seems way better and it's $30 cheaper.
Note that I have the older model of the Vitruvian with the carabiner attachments.
i have this bar and like it well enough.

given how many people are trying to figure out solution to the t-connector and use with a carabiner, people might think this is benefit.
FWIW they do sell the bench individually for $200 on their site. Otherwise, yes, you nailed it - nothing special IMO save for the single shorter leg. Something *like* this - with adjustable height legs per side - would seemingly work (though YMMV): https://www.amazon.com/Strength-Training-Adjustable-Workout-Capacity/dp/B0B49SK6ND/ref=sr_1_11

Only wrinkle is they've mentioned a new bench that would support pull downs / rows in the future. Not clear if that'll require an all new purchase (likely) or if it would have a retrofit option for the existing bench (doubtful, but one can hope). No timing announced unfortunately.
They're not that expensive if you want one! Amazon has one for like $6
