The ones I use for most screenshots are the Voxel icon pack. They are square and have zero empty space around the icons so they take up the entire tile if you set it to.

The icons are just from an icon pack called Voxel. I discovered it one day and built extra functionality into the launcher after speaking to the designer of Voxel.

Since the icons are a prefect square, i introduce the ability to make the icons take up the entirety of the type also the ability to hide the tile titles.
