It has a usb receiver to plug into console - remote attaches to head with tape/velcro
cheapo redneck solution that i use. velcro to your headset and set a keybind on your stick, it returns to centre when you let go.

Go into test flight, on the first page press triangle for mission editor then head to head- you'll get plenty of bots to hit.

go into controls-common-view controls-mouse look activation-assign a button.

Hard to beat a Thrustmaster T.16000M for a good stick that's cheap.
Really hard to beat the T.16000M FCS flight pack if you want a good throttle and usable rudder pedals.

I use ds4windows on my laptop, it's been so long since I installed it I think I did so for to use the Bluetooth functionality of the ds4 and I seem to think it has the triggers configured as a single axis, or the option to do.
Give me an hour and I'll check for you - I'm curious myself!
Not sure about software. Hardware wise, CH joysticks have trim wheels for x and y axis. (The big wheel is the throttle axis).
Man I miss that joystick for that reason.
