For my absolutely most premium cards I'm going to display them in an ultra pro one touch magnetic holder with a kmc perfect fit sleeve.
But for the rest I'd rather have them in a binder so I can easily view them. I get it risks a bit of damage from pressure but I'd rather be able to view them in a nice way at my leasure. Just my preference.
Are these the correct katana sleeves? Also should I double sleeve with a kmc perfect fit when using these sleeves or just use this sleeve alone inside the binder?
Thanks for your advice on this, I'm very new to collecting cards.
I always like to buy these oversleeves on amazon they are durable and shuffle really well they might not be the clearest thing ever for your character sleeves though https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01259DA2I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
>JP is obviously in Japanese, and Weiss is very particular with the wording of the cards abilities, so unless you're fluent or willing to constantly check the wording of a card, it can be a huge pain in the ass, but that is all up to you.

>Quints also has a really sweet unique box set, where it comes with a trial deck for each of the sisters. If you can find it, it's pretty cool too! This is an english version, $300 might be a bit much for what you get though
The ones you're gonna want are the same ones for pokemon and magic, not the yugioh ones, usually it would be denoted as "standard size". They're a bit pricey compared to your usual penny sleeves but they're nice.

This is the same item, i got them in a store for half the cost, look around for them st your local grocery or local game store
I believe they are the same size and shape as Japanese Pokemon boxes. So these will likely work.

My thoughts are a little bit different that what the meta used to.
For example, I consider Sayaka Healing Prayers as my best card at lvl 1, run 4 of them and split 3/2 between Sayaka Vanilla and Sharing Apples, because I'm considering Sharing Apples as a beater, not a support.
The lvl 1 Combo is not that great and you really want books trigger over 2 soul Trigger.
For the Sayaka, Ally of Justice, I mainly play the Howling Kyoko with Sayaka Fight for Others, so I haven't really test it out, but it seems pretty meh to me... I'll probably play another Sayaka's Wish and another Lvl 3 Sayaka instead.
Finally, stay on 2 Homura PR. Clock Shooting is not your main game plan at all, but when you have exhausted your opponent's ressources, it feels great. Basically, you want only one activation by game, so 2 is the good number.
PS : Here is my Primer on R/B Madoka, where you can find explanations on my choice as well as the decklist I'm currently using (maybe I've changed a lvl 0...) : http://www.filedropper.com/themadokaprimer It's not the same deck as yours, but some cards are the same, and I have the pretention of having a different look on them.
Here’s the other magazine on Amazon JP, also should be around $30 after shipping but also here’s the one you found on eBay if you buy them both on Amazon you should save a lot in shipping!
I'm using a Magnetic Card Holder, there is a good deal on Amazon. I found last week a brand called Panopply ! They sell a Pack of 25 units for 60$, so 2.4$ per magnetic card, so much cheaper than the one touch from Ultra Pro.

These are expensive but they dont damage cards like 3 ring binders do.
I have like 14 of these, in different colors, for my full playsets. https://www.amazon.com/12-Pocket-Z-Folio-Trading-Albums-Black/dp/B00VFXWBZS
All of my extra bulk (C, CC, CR, U, R from opening packs/boxes/cases) is sitting in these https://www.amazon.com/SUPER-Monster-Storage-trading-5000ct/dp/B01LYEAFXI/
There's an app called UToolforWS, a JP database for Weiss Schwarz cards. It includes pictures for the cards. If you use littleAkiba, you could keep the Japanese text temporarily and then run a script of find/replace them later (probably only replace the ones that are officially in english if you cant get HoTC's permission to use card name translations).
Oh sorry, I misunderstood you then. This ebay listing has 2 for a horribly high price: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Weiss-Schwarz-1x-SAO-SE23-E24-R-Last-Shot-Sinon-/371302874842
This amazon offer at least has 6 available although the price is still too high imo: https://www.amazon.com/Weiss-Schwarz-SE23-E24-Online-Booster/dp/B01CF8F73E
I wouldn't suggest buying them because of the high price but if you can't find anything else, then maybe you COULD consider it... maybe.
They also have an app on iOS/Android that lets you take a picture of a card with your smartphone and it'll find the translation from their database. (My friend developed the Android version)
iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/weib-schwarz-translator/id980572192
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hotc
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/weib-schwarz-translator/id980572192
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hotc
This should be the app I added both just in case.
The app developer had to remove the old one and now he works with HotC iirc
