No. This is an actual book named "the Dragon Reborn" you can buy on Amazon. The main human character is a human woman named Lathwi, who was adopted and raised by the dragon Taziem. The dragon on wagon is probably one of her step-sib/'tanglemates.'

I used a generic sugar cookie cut out recipe. I added in food coloring with the wet ingredients before adding in the dry ingredients. I made one batch with white food coloring and another batch with black.

I used a ying yang cookie cutter off of amazon and bent back the inner circle.
