Yes, I have these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DX7LRKZ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
They are okay, don't work great — would opt for something more expensive.
They do their job just fine aside from when they get flung around by the wind, but that could also be user/installation error (I sort of fucked up my bar-end during install). You DON'T need to remove the entire bar-end pipe to get these on (which I did...)
I personally think these are decent https://www.amazon.com/BAOLICY-Motorcycle-Headlights-2007-2017-Wrangler/dp/B09BN44TTT/ref=sr_1_6?crid=LFURZ8GKIPSI&keywords=motorcycle+headlight+integrated+signals+universal&qid=1659386709&s=automotive&sprefix=motorcycle+headlight+integrated+signals+universal%2Cautomotive%2C80&sr=1-6
They are sold by several different names and the brackets are universal and designed to many different fork sizes. You see a lot of guys running them on street fighters these days. They are bright as hell too. The same light is also sold in kit for for specific motorcycles as well, so make sure you get the universal one if you decide to buy.

I have this on mine. I usually don't like buying Chinese for these kind of parts but it was the only one I can find while I save for some rearsets. So far it's been working well.
First things first, try a good impact driver for cheap, I use and like this one: https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-2905-8-Inch-Manual-7-Piece/dp/B000NPPATS
Secondly - are you sure the PO didn't already do it, if the screw is stripped?
Yamaha OEM part number 2C0-26240-00-00
Can get it anywhere that stocks factory replacement parts. Install is simple, but make sure you adjust your throttle cable slack properly afterwards.

It looks like "mirror extenders" is the better search term. "blocks" is more like when you take off the mirrors for track days and you need to block off where the mirrors connect.
Items like these (but I'm not pointing you exclusively to these listings):
They are aftermarket grips I got off Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FGHY2WL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
They're pretty good but I had to do some modifications before I installed them:
1) The grip and the bar ends come as 2 pieces but they're connected with a nut and bolt. I had to remove the nut from the bolt and separate the pieces before attempting to install. I guess you can try to install at least the left grip as 1 piece but because there's aluminum on both ends of the grip it will be very difficult to remove the grip without destroying it once you let it set. I ended up separating the grips from the bar ends and cutting off the extra rubber at the end of the grip so I could screw the bar ends directly into the handlebars.
2) The factory grips are glued to the handlebars, so on the clutch side I had to cut it off completely. On the throttle side I was replacing the throttle tube anyway so I just removed the factory throttle tube and grip in 1 piece.
3) On the throttle side the bar end was too tight and preventing the throttle from snapping back (unintended cruise control), so I had to glue the aluminum to the end of the grip(it would be loose otherwise) and then add a washer or two to give some space between the bar end and the grip.

Again I did it this way because to me it would be easier to take them off if I ever needed to (just remove the bar end, the aluminum end on the grip and lift up the rubber like you usually would), but I think you can theoretically just install each one as one piece.
Here’s the link to where I got it on Amazon! All I did was zip tie the antlers to the mirrors and used some solder wire to replace the cable the red nose came with. I attached that to the frame and the tail is on the helmet hook! It also came with these brown covers that I’m assuming would have went to the cars mirrors but I used it to wrap around the antlers and hide the zip ties! I used zip ties for that too but a little more hidden! Not gonna lie; everything is ziptied besides the nose since that is wrapped around the frame x) If anyone else wants to turn their iron stead into an iron reindeer the link is here: https://www.amazon.com/Red-Co-Reindeer-Christmas-Products/dp/B07H7TKSJX?ref_=ast_sto_dp
Ya no problem! Buy the one with the nut on the top, not the one that’s built in the cap. I found that the one I bought from amazon didn’t work because my socket wrench would hit the head of the oil filter. Something like this or this could be the one. https://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-MTS-TLSKT-02-09-Oil-Filter-Wrench/dp/B00AJQ8XPE
