This jacket is called "Adidas Originals Farm passinho oversized jacket" but it seems to be sold out everywhere. The only available one I found was on Amazon but seems to be in XS only.
There are many slightly different versions of this jacket (I couldn't even find this exact one because every jacket seems to have a slightly differently offset pattern). So try googling a bit yourself. You might even find this exact model 🤷🏼♂️

the adizero pro is the closest thing there is right now... but i think it ended production last season. you can still see a lot in clearance

Yes. They go inside the shoe. They are sticker pads that you “glue” against the back of the heel. But don’t worry about the glue, it doesn’t seem to leave a residue. At most you need to be careful when putting the shoes on because if you’re not careful you’ll unglue the pad. But that is only if you just slide your foot into the shoe while it is laced/tightened.

Elmer's "painters" brand opaque acrylic white super chisel tip. I got it at hobby lobby for $5.99 (regular price). But it seems to be more expensive online for some reason. I also got a fine tip and a medium tip for the top and bottom edges of the stripes so I didn't beat up the chisel tip too bad on the super size marker, but didn't really need them. They feel super smooth with no streaks and actually are quite resistant to scratches even without a top coat. No sign that they will peel in the future either. I did not use any type of primer either. I did firmly rub them with isopropyl alcohol as the only surface preparation since that's what I had. If you plan on doing this, I believe it will cover any color, just use thin coats and be patient. It does insanely fast but you'll need about 10 coats.
