Honey. It's a little web extension that waits for you to reach the checkout page when online shopping and then pops up and offers to try a bunch of coupon codes for you. It doesn't always work, but when it does, it's like free money.
There's an extension for Chrome and Mozilla called Honey that will automatically attempt to find all cupon codes for the website you're dealing with and apply them for you.
Honey says it's frequently $10-20, so this isn't a huge deal. But it does seem like an alright flash drive, and the reviews on it are good.
you are ~~literally~~ talking out your ass. I know it's biased coming from the company itself, but legally they are liable if they do the opposite of what they say.

"We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Honey works by finding you the best deals. When you buy something with a Honey coupon, promo code, or offer, the store sometimes pays us a fee. That's how we make money. We do not need to (or want to) sell your information.
So how do we use your data?
First and foremost, we analyze some information on the retail website you're on so that we can look for great coupons for that site or product. Also, we collect limited shopping data to support the Honey community. That means Honey members share real-time information about deals, prices, and products with the rest of the community to help everyone save time and money."
Literally not a sale. It's always been $20.
Please go spam somewhere else. I've heard /PCRetailers is a good place.

For anybody wanting to have a more in-depth look, they say they don't sell data but they may "share" it, but Discord also says it doesn't sell data but may "share" it, and I get ads for shit I speak about in Discord all the time
I wouldn’t say so... https://www.joinhoney.com/privacy.
In very short: they’re owned by PayPal. They collect data on the retail sites you visit/purchase from, and potentially share it with businesses/services that “help Honey run.” They use third-party pixels and tracking cookies.
It looks like they raised the price as an April Fools joke and decided not to stop laughing. All the way to the bank... (Change the History to Last 60 days to see the jump)
I'm definitely intrigued by the idea of running something like a Pi on solar using low-cost components. Lots of the less expensive options for solar panel + battery combos aren't terribly efficient, even suggesting that you plug in the battery to charge faster. Haha.
Just got off the phone with the chief, they said this is wrong.
Honey's price history shows this is a historic low
which isn't that case, taxes have to be paid on online merchandise in states that require it.
You can also download an extension called Honey that will not only show you the lower prices on an item and automatically search for and apply coupons, but I've also found that if 2 amazon backed stores are selling the same product, it can lead you to the lower priced one that doesn't have any taxes.
Not a deal, but a couple of tips:
camelcamelcamel. Site that contains history of Amazon prices. The chrome extension can be used to create price alerts and see if the price of the item was bumped before Black Friday
Honey. Coupon sharing. The app extension for chrome can apply the cupons automatically in many stores (e.g. jenson, nashbar)
There's camelcamelcamel for Amazon, which shows the price history and price alerts. But I don't think there's much furniture there. Then there's Honey, which applies coupon codes automatically on many sites.

Your Welcome.
Seems like this isn't a rare deal, if this is the exact same model.

It doesn't hurt to have but for the sites I used it for, it never found any working or useful codes. Others have reported it's been extremely helpful.
As for privacy, Honey states they don't sell your info.
dont be dismayed!!! since the beginning of May. this psu has been priced for 80 bucks more than it hasn't. https://www.joinhoney.com/shop/amazon/p/B005BE058W/EVGA-SuperNOVA-750-G3%2C-80-Plus-Gold-750W#price-history
Ah, here we go, first paragraph of the T&C:
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party or for any commercial purpose.
Also if you’re watching on Amazon, Honey (https://www.joinhoney.com/) can watch the prices and send you an email when the price drops below whatever you set it to. There’s also a plugin for Chrome where it can run through all the coupons to see if you can get something cheaper (they’ll be getting some affiliate link money for it but meh, they’re doing all the work for me!)
As you're doing your online shopping, highly recommend the Honey browser extension. Honey searches for coupon codes and applies them for you, tracks price changes, and also gives you Honey points that you can exchange for gift cards. eBates and Honey together are an awesome team. (:

I hope this helps!
There seems a slight chance at least of https://www.joinhoney.com asking the name to be changed. Not to mention more specific examples like https://developer.honey.is/docs or https://honeyapi.com. But hope this is going to fly under their radar for a long time!
30% is going to be a good deal, and worth getting a case to try if you haven't.

I bought a total of 20 cases, and stacked a subscribe and save 5% discount, and 1% after with Honey Gold. All and all it leveled to about $1.86 a bottle give or take.
Amazon lightning deals with a Amazon Prime credit card are the best price ($1.70 ish) a bottle I have seen reasonably without hassle.

I can't believe I waited for Prime Day to buy the Samsung Evo SD card and it's listed at $109, which is $10 higher than it was 10 days ago.
An alternative that IMHO works better is Honey. It also works with other online retailers other than Amazon. They find coupon codes that work and easy to copy and paste into your shopping cart.
Yeah, you're right. I've never really used that function of Honey, but it seems to work pretty well too...
^^ this, I got 200 bucks off my Radcity 4 and 75 bucks off my Radrover 6 through honey, totally recommend even if its just for your bike purchase. Goes a long way in covering taxes haha
https://www.joinhoney.com/ref/2ztxrkb
Here's a referral link for Honey if anyone's interested, I think it gives you an additional 5 bucks but I'm not 100% on that
I'm a huge fan of Honey. I literally just activate it anytime the chrome extension pops up. I've managed to get gold for things like car insurance without even realising :)
If anyone wants to sign up, I'd appreciate it if you used my link:
Thanks OP! I love Honey, it has saved me sooo much time googling for discount codes that, more often than not, end up not working... The reward points are great too and do add eventually! I'd appreciate it if someone used my referral too please :) https://www.joinhoney.com/ref/x7m732c
Use this. Need to use browser, not in app. But it works and generally if you shop online using Honey is great. Automatically runs through available coupon codes and adds the best one. Earn “honey gold” cash back which you can redeem for legit gift cards. I’ve probably earned like $300-$400 through it (it’s all stuff I’m buying anyway). Uh, I realize this sounds like a sales pitch, I promise I don’t work there 😂
Yes just the regular one. Mine is running windows 10 on my m1 mac.
Make sure to install Honey extension and apply any available coupons. Might get an $8-$16 savings.
I did their beta or technical preview so parallels gave me a 20% discount when it released.
You have to blackmarket your kidney if you want to order it locally.
I used to get mine Pro Tech Toolkit with Emirates delivers help, still was cheaper than on amazon.
They claimed 30$ value price (I believe you can ask them to lower this price to pay less VAT during order) and I used 10$ discount coupon (try to use Honey or find a coupon from tech-youtubers. Always laying around those 10$ discount)
So, 220.34AED (59.99$) for toolkit + 70.50AED delivery fee (I checked from e-mail, it was 2.4lbs) Still cheaper then amazon 1st page (right now it's shows me 410AED, last time when I checked it was 600+AED)
You are using that Honey filter list which consist of a lot of exception filters. If you modify uBO so much from default settings/lists that you end up with undesirable behavior, it's for you to fix this.
And once the youtube video starts.....

Before I defecate through your sunroof and bare my pp before your children I'd like to thank honey for sponsoring this chicanery, use my code "SLPNJIMMY" at www.joinhoney.com for discount on up to 5 chicaneries including: defecating through sunroof, peddling meth, planting evidence and fucking chuck
I'd guess data mining and using built in referrals on websites like Amazon

Used these guys recently, have good reviews: https://tokyotreat.com/
Only japan though
Finding broader boxes that have all kinds of nations is tricky. The best services/products don't ship to ZA in my experience. Like this one https://www.universalyums.com/
Also, remember to install Honey for easy savings for literally any online store: https://www.joinhoney.com/
I got them online through Sport Chek, and I used the [Honey Chrome extension](https://www.joinhoney.com/) to scrape for deals. I just looked it up and they were originally $240, and I got $72 off, so they were $168 + tax. Total turned out to be $190. I don't have the extension activated right now so I'm not sure what deals there are, but I feel like I just got really lucky.
Canada kinda sucks for buying running shoes. I don't even know where to find quality deals online, except maybe eBay but I don't really buy from there. My strategy has been just to wait until the old models go on clearance and hope they come down enough that I can justify it.
To a point Honey (Honey Science Corporation), already does this. It is free browser extension and the droplist feature can email a user of any price change on Amazon.
I keep several thing in my Amazon save for later basket and Honey price checks them. So far it has worked great and buying through the provided links gives them a kick back so its win win.

Mmm, I feel ya. Right now I'm looking at replacing some old disks in my server before they fail. At the moment it's kind of a choice between "do I upgrade this affordably, and gain little to no extra space, or do I do this properly, and grow my array at the same time."
It's absolutely mind blowing to me that for so many years 3TB HDDs have remained the most cost-effective storage solution around.
Edit: You should check out PCPartPicker's price alert tools, otherwise you might want to check out Honey to track price changes on Amazon of specific modules. If you're interested, I can PM you an affiliate link that gets me a bonus, but I think PCPartPicker will be more useful than Honey since you can just say "tell me about any kit that matches these parameters" instead of tracking a specific product page.
I bought the Neato d80, which is the same one I have in my house. Price dropped, then went back up today, I think I paid $500 for mine a few months back. When I ordered it last night it was on sale for $299. Looks like it's $325 now.
If it's good for pets it has to be good for kids.
No need to apologize! Cashbackmonitor is a site that compares cash back between different sites at any moment. Once you decide to make a purchase from a site, look up the site on the website and see where to get the most cash back.
Wikibuy and Honey are both browser extensions with several money-saving features. One of them is that they each automatically scour the web for discount codes and plug them into the checkout page of shopping sites.
That's really odd, nearly every time I checkout, Honey will either find a coupon or says I have found the cheapest. Every so often, there's nothing. I would check to see that the websites you shop on are supported by Honey
Just curious, but what are you going to school for? (It could be important for what kind of laptop to get). Personally, I always recommend a ThinkPad for a laptop. They're reliable, serviceable and with their Barnes and Noble Gold program, you can get them much cheaper than they typically go for. They also have sales pretty often. Another tip: if you don't already have it, download Honey while you're shopping. They apply coupon codes at checkout to make sure you get the best price, and their privacy statement clearly states that they will never collect your information without permission.
> in order to safely provide the features available in the Service we also collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of devices you use, your device’s unique device IDs where available or set, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of browsers you use, how you engage with websites you visit using the Service, non-personal data extracted from third party websites, and information about the way you use the Service such as when you click on the Honey button to apply coupon codes automatically during checkout
From their Privacy Policy
Side note, check out Honey which is a Chrome browser extension that works with Amazon (amongst others). Quite often, a third-party seller is cheaper once you factor in shipping and tax on Amazon's own listing, and the Honey extension figures that out for you and tells you which is the best choice.
Honestly, I'm not even sure. Honey points or gold or something like that? I'm not interested in the referrals from this, just thought it was something cool and wanted to share. Here is a non referral link https://www.joinhoney.com/install
The Sole F85 seems like it would be a solid choice too. It actually has physical fitness tests built into it. I ordered mine on Monday.
If you get the Honey browser extension and shop through it you can get 12% cashback plus sometimes it pops up with an additional $100 cashback on models.
We bought our F85 straight from the sole website. We ordered just this morning. If you use https://www.joinhoney.com/explore you can get cashback. Plus I think they also have a $100 bonus you can activate on there for some of the sole treadmills.
https://www.joinhoney.com/explore
Make sure to take screenshots of the 12% and $100 bonus if you do buy. Just incase it doesn't get applied email support will manually apply the cashback.
Just get the browser extension for Honey. Then activate the 12% cashback and the $100 bonus will pop up when your looking at any of soles treadmills.
No, this is exactly what browser extensions like Honey and Capital One Shopping do.
Yesterday, I ordered a Galaxy S20 FE. My first Samsung since the S7. I've had numerous OnePlus phones and generally enjoyed them all. I was really considering the 9 Pro but after reading so many reviews, it seemed too risky.
So why the S20 FE? It has the SD865 instead of the hot 888, the camera trifecta (standard, ultrawide, and telephoto), solid update schedule, flat display, and plastic back.
I know it won't be supported as long as the S21 FE but Samsung has a very generous trade in program (it also drives up resell value). I combined an education discount with $100 back on Honey to get the unlocked 8/256 for $520. For the similar 9 Pro, it was around $800. I'm also in the US where there are few options.
did you find out if it was expired? Honey website still shows that it is available for another 17 hours. but the Samsung website doesnt show the Honey cashback.
It's still showing up for me at this link.
I recommend trying a different browser on a different device. It works for me using Chrome on Desktop but not using Firefox or the mobile site on my phone.
Select "Education Discount" from the discount pricing menu on the Samsung website and the price will be $161.49. No verification or anything is required and the price should reflect instantly. Honey is offering $33.99 Cash Back which brings this down to $127.49.
Top of the line PCIe gen 4 NVMe SSD. Rated speeds are up to 7,000/5,100MB/s for read/write speed.
To get the cash back simply sign up for Honey if you aren't already, have the browser extension installed, and go to the Honey product page link and click the "Activate Offer and Shop" button to activate the cash back.
If the Honey link doesn't show the cash back offer, try a different browser on a PC. I confirmed the cash back shows up in Chrome on both PC and mobile using the desktop site without being signed in or having the extension installed. For me it didn't show up in Firefox or on my phone using the mobile site so a different browser may work for you.
Is it showing up in your activity list on Honey here:
https://www.joinhoney.com/honeygold/activity
Mine did at first but now it's not showing up at all. Figured I should wait 3-14 days but I'm hoping it'll show up soon as I think I'll return the SSD if Honey doesn't work out (slight buyer's remorse).
You can use this code link http://rwrd.io/dnc1m8s?c for $50 off your RadPowerBikes purchase. Its been working for most people. Make sure to try it like this: use it BEFORE you add the bike to your cart (empty your cart and close the website, then click this link and give it a shot) hope it helps and have fun with your new bike!
if you haven't already get Honey (even if its just for this purchase), they'll give you anywhere from 75-200 bucks back in Amazon gift cards if you buy a bike. I just used it for my rad bikes and got something like 250 bucks between the two of them.
https://www.joinhoney.com/ref/2ztxrkb
I personally have a Radcity 4 and a RadRover 6 and I've been immersing myself in the owners forums for the last year so I'd be happy to help with whatever questions you may have before purchasing one.
Is the offer visible to you when you click on this link? You might not get the pop up for whatever reason but if you can see the offer through that link and activate it from there you should be set. Might need to try different browsers for it to show
Select "Education Discount" from the discount pricing menu on the Samsung website and the price will be $197.99. No verification or anything is required and the price should reflect instantly. Honey is offering $43.99 Cash Back which brings this down to $154.
To get the cash back simply sign up for Honey if you aren't already, install the browser extension, and click the button that pops up on the webpage to activate the $43.99 cash back. If the page doesn't show the cash back, try a different browser or open it on a PC (I confirmed the cash back shows up in Chrome on both PC and mobile using the desktop site without being signed in or having the extension installed).
Not asking for anything, just showing how much money they saved using Honey, the free browser application that scours the internet to save your cash! Whenever you make a purchase, Honey searches the web for codes and coupons, allowing you to save as much as 40% on certain purchases! Better yet, it doesn't cost a cent! That's right, with the power of Honey, you can save money on all your online purchases without any pesky subscription fees! So what are you waiting for? Download Honey today at https://www.joinhoney.com/!
Do you have buyer's remorse? Think you could be missing out on potential savings? Well try out Honey!
Honey is a free browser extension that helps you save money. When active on browsers on compatible retailer sites it will find and apply usable coupons at checkout with the click of a button.
Don't waste money, download Honey.

I expect they're clearing out current stock to make room for the newly-announced 5 film collection. I already have the NTTD Steelbook, so this is a great way for me to upgrade my BluRays of previous movies!

It's a browser extension called Honey, there's probably better trackers out there though.
Check your ISP and your cell phone company. Many times they have a promo that if you have a certain plan, which you might already have, that you get it as a bonus for free. You can test this by using the provider sign in on the HBO Max app. I have it though AT&T like most people have pointed out which required a 5G cell phone plan but that is what I have so I get HBO Max for free.
Most other ways are just bundles with your TV channel provider, such youtubeTV has it for $14.99. You can check for coupons or deals such as: https://www.joinhoney.com/shop/hbo-max/?utm_source=semg&utm_medium=sem&utm_campaign=semg_us_us-hbomax-tmp-desktop&utm_content=571979488534&utm_term=hbo%20max%20offer&type=sem_v1&gclid=CjwKCAiA5t-OBhByEiwAhR-hm4rYKFe_wVkWuCD...
Seems to be a possible 16% off yearly subscriptions to which ever tier you purchase.
Pro Tip, if you're shopping online for anything, make sure to have Honey installed on your browser. It shows you if the item you're looking at is priced high or low based on recent history or from other merchants. You also get coupons applied automatically at checkout.
Thanks OP! Great product.
Tried to use your code but it expired so I created one. Feel free to use it.
So I just need someone else to buy it with me?
I got this link when I turned it on
open the 970 page from here then click activate and shop. it's showing $45.99 gold offer for me.
The cashback should be a flat $45.99 on the 2TB 970 if you activated the exclusive offer here or from the honey addon on the samsung page. If you do not activate the exclusive offer you will only get a small percent back.
It has stacked with the student discount in the past so it should still work now.
If I'm reading right, this seems really good: https://www.joinhoney.com/shop/samsung/p/7594661022888237352_a5db10782d0022d70ee855d2d49d246b_aace2aa9df3cbf42eedfa9a66254165c

YMMV, but I had to go here to activate the cash back with my honey account, it didn't automatically redeem the offer for me, or at least it didn't specifically show me the 33.99 CB discount.
Not sure if you have to sign up for Honey, but I checked the price history and it looks like it's almost always $350. It just spiked up in price recently, so maybe wait a couple days/weeks until it goes down! Link here
Didn't mean to spread false info, I just figured that was the case. By the way, any particular reason you're going with 4k 60hz instead of a higher refresh rate?
You can get them on the honey website here for 6.2% off. You can only buy them in $5 increments though from $5 to $500. Hope that helps!
I got the Galaxy Tab A7 for exactly this reason. I got it on sale, though. I'm very happy with it, though; I have it loaded with Marvel Unlimited, the DC app, streaming apps, and an offline comic reader for my downloaded stuff. If you can find a deal on it, I'd highly recommend it.
>They get paid by scraping your browsing data and selling it.
No they don't, they do scrape data but it's only for use in their own service, something which almost every browser extension does because that's how browser extensions work.
That whole thing was a made up "security threat" by Amazon themselves, because they were threatened.
Have you tried using Honey? It is a couponing extension that works pretty well. I recently got 10% off a purchase of diet ginger ale syrup from SodaStream. I'm in the US though so I can't comment on retail discount in Australia.
Honey is a extension for your browser you may have heard of that automatically applies discounts when you checkout online which is awesome for saving money
When it doesn't have coupons it pays you cashback in the form of "Honey Gold", which you can redeem to get gift cards
When you sign up with a ref link you get £5 worth of honey gold added to your balance for free
Would super appreciate if you use my referral https://www.joinhoney.com/ref/gpo5ci3
Same situation in Lithuania, and I'd wager it's the same in all of EU, the only site I know of that supports Honey is Amazon....
Just going off their trending page of supported sites-
Walmart- doesn't exist in my country
Target- doesn't exist
Chegg- doesn't exist
HBO Max- not available
Home Depot- doesn't exist
Best buy- doesn't exist
Yelp- doesn't exist/not used
Costco- doesn't exist
DoorDash- doesn't exist
Newegg- doesn't exist
Micro center- doesn't exist
Gamestop- doesn't exist
Uber Eats- nobody uses it, might as well not exist
Grubhub- doesn't exist
Domino's- doesn't exist
IKEA US- don't have the US Ikea here either...
basically the only stores it supports that I can use are sites like G2A, Etsy, Coinbase, AliExpress and that's about it... Oh and the Apple/Microsoft store.
And I tried it on LTTStore.com, it didn't find any codes, so it doesn't work even on their site x_x

If your buying from Amazon or another similar big retailer you can use the honey plugin to look at price history and see how often if goes on sale up to the last 4 months. You can also set up alerts so you’ll get an email when it’s on sale.
For non “urgent” purchases that my goto.
Check the Honey activity page: https://www.joinhoney.com/honeygold/activity
It should show the 1%-4%, which I think is their usual number for regular purchased, but if you mouse over the small i next to pending and the 1%-4%, you should get the following in a pop-up: Waiting on Dell to confirm your purchase and verify it was not returned. This usually takes 60-90 days, but varies based on transaction and retailer.

I have had issues with AAA and other coupons stacking in the past, so I tend to forget to try it. Your link didn't work, but another did, so thanks for this. I put in a new order to make sure it was going to go through, then cancelled my original.
For anyone worried about Honey status after a cancellation, you should be able to see both pending on the Honey site via this page: https://www.joinhoney.com/honeygold/activity
Honey is a browser app. You install it and then "activate" it using the Honey icon in your browser when you get to the site. Assuming Honey works like the rest of the similar sites, once the order is finalized and Honey receives verification from the selling company that you actually did purchase the item, then they credit your Honey account with the funds.
I think some of the similar sites may wait until the return window closes, so it may take up to 30-90 days before the Honey credit hits.
Honey actually claims they do not and will never do this, but they absolutely collect all of your browsing data for themselves. You can flip through their privacy policy here https://www.joinhoney.com/privacy

This information also allows us to upgrade and improve your experience (for example, by working to correct any errors you may experience during your use of Honey’s products).

The bolded part is interesting because you give the extension full access to your browser. So anytime you use your browser you are using Honey, its funny how they try and downplay that
Thanks OP! Honey is so great, it has definitely saved me a decent amount in the past and I've also accumulated enough rewards to claim an Amazon gift card. Here's my link if anyone wants to sign up https://www.joinhoney.com/ref/x7m732c
