i just used this---as Mister_Paradise pointed out---after splitting the og, then saved the images to a folder/took them into imageready/mucked about[ended up taking out half the frames]/save gif, voila
I mean no disrespect. I'm genuinely curious. Why do you feel it easier to ask for a link than to just look up the name? It's practically instantaneous (compared to waiting for a response) and actually less typing than the question. What circumstances make it a better option?
Just to show you I mean no ill will, here's the link. It was the first link to come up on google.
Buy a VPN (NordVPN) is solid.
Get in a private tracker community by invite.
Download all the things from the private trackers and rarbg.
If you really want to get fancy, setup your own server with Sonarr, Radarr, Ombi and Plex.
I can go to Ombi, type in a movie or TV series I want, and it'll push the request to Sonarr or Radarr automatically, then they'll go through all my trackers and find the torrent, along with fitting to my requirements for file size, amount of seeders, and video quality.
After its done downloading, it formats and puts it into the right folder.
Then Plex finds it, and let's me know it's available to watch on any device.
It's absolutely baller.
This is a really common feeling among young developers. I have a slide about this feeling in the code quality talk I give to our junior devs. I call it 'design by coincidence' which is a term that I think I picked up from The Pragmatic Programmer.
This feeling comes from trying to solve a problem by tweaking the code semi-randomly without really knowing what the problem is or what you're changing. Any time you say to yourself, "Maybe it'll work if I do this," you are about to make this error.
My recommendations is this: Stop banging on the problem at random because you know it almost works. Slow down, reset, and go back through the code (it will seem like you're wasting time, but in the long run this will go much faster). Verify all of the assumptions you're making using your debugging tools. Make sure you understand why it doesn't work before you try to fix it.
If you keep trying to make a quick fix, you will not understand why it works, and you will also not understand why it has stopped working next time you hit a bug.
I had a panic switch under my desk as a secretary. I had no idea what it was and no one said anything to me about it. One day I reached under my desk and felt it (it looks like this) and pulled it down and clicked it back up. Five minutes later, the base police are surrounding the area. I had no idea why until they were like, "The panic button under your desk was activated." I felt so dumb
Check out some of her leaked emails...
One of them is her emailing her assistant and asking her what "WiFi" is.
EDIT: (Sorry, I didn't remember exactly what she said. This is it: "I don't know if I have wi-fi. How do I find out?") - https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/2263

As an aside, last time I watched WWF/WWE was 2002-ish. It's interesting how they've pretty much adopted the style of professional boxing now, in how they present fights. They have professional-looking ringside commentators, and a pre-show discussion panel where men in suits discuss the upcoming matches and use the same clichés you hear in HBO and Showtime boxing coverage. Their pundits also speak just like HBO boxing pundits, with the same dumbass inflections and pacing.
How times change.
There was, as I understand, a kerfuffle between devs. The original creator (gorhill) handed the project off to someone else, who mismanaged it quite severely. It turned out the guy was very young (17) and relatively inexperienced in handling the responsibilities he'd been given, and happened to fuck it up right in the spotlight.
He handled the criticism reasonably well and made appropriate changes per gorhill's requests, but after uBlock Origin was spawned out of this issue by the original creator, users flocked to it as it was guaranteed stick to his vision. uBlock is now a more independent project, free to be updated separately. Gorhill's uBlock Origin is the better one to use, as his vision for the project is what spawned uBlock in the first place and he has stuck by it very firmly.
edit: heavily amended per /u/devlP's criticisms
Use Fusion: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/fusion IMO better than AE AND its free (if you don't want some fancy plugins). Don't downvote just a personal thing + I like nodes a lot better than layers (in comping. I still use PS).
Have you ever seen the soundtrack for it? It was just the variety of music used for the end credits as best I could ever tell. But it was fucking sweet. A bunch of mid-90's actually good music.
Here is a playlist some hero made of the entire thing
It was one of the first CDs I ever owned.
For anyone that installs programs on a regular basis I recommend using Ninite . It automatically removes any extras from the install wizard, super useful after a Windows install
Assuming he's on mobile, the Relay for reddit app tells you how big the gif is as it's downloading. Useful for those of use who aren't lucky enough to still be grandfathered into an unlimited data plan.

No it is not.
HideMyAss is based in the ~~US~~ UK and are required by law to keep logs. You are best to choose one off of this list:
EDIT: Changed 'US' to 'UK'
"Football" refers to any ball game that's played on foot, to distinguish it from polo. Most of these games were originally developed in British schools.
"Soccer" is short for "association football," named after the association formed to agree on a common rule system.
"Ruggers football" is more commonly known as "Rugby," which was the name of the originating school.
"Gridiron football" is the full name of the version played in the U.S.
Had pretty great longevity with this one. Chief tears up most tennis balls in days. This thing though seems indestructible. Plus it’s for some weight to it, which helps the exercise for me and the pup.
I gott'em
Gotta get the suction cup handle. Put that leg up on on anything / hang on to anything too.
I think most everyone would agree with you. Unfortunately this isn't reality for most people. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/most-americans-have-less-than-1000-in-savings-2015-10-06 in fact most Americans have fewer than 1,000 dollars in savings.
This speaks to two things 1) people aren't learning about the importance of frugality and personal finance and 2) wages are too low while cost of living is too high.
But Find My iPhone was not compromised on any of the victim's accounts. The passwords were discovered by pure social engineering—there was no breach on Apple's end.
That one was pretty freaky, and also Schisms, the scene where Riker, Worf, Geordi and an ensign are reconstructing the room they've all apparently been repeatedly abducted to whenever they'd sleep with their memory of it being suppressed. Can't find a good video of that scene, but the trailer for episode is pretty good.
Edit: Dailymotion has the whole episode: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x56kpus - start around 19:43 for a bit of context (there's more context throughout the episode though - I didn't really care for the other storyline in it but this one was pretty interesting)

It was a tresspassing complaint.
> The employees told officers the two men wanted to use the restroom but were told the facilities are only for paying customers. The Starbucks employees then asked the men to leave, but they refused
> Officers responded and asked the men three times "politely to leave the location because they were being asked to leave by employees because they were trespassing." When the men again refused to leave, they were arrested "without incident,"
And most important:
> The men were taken to a police station and released when it became clear Starbucks didn't want to press charges.
Skin color isn't the issue here, trespassing is. The only reason this got as much attention as it did, is because they're black and it's apparently racist to arrest black people.
I was really worried about that too so I have pretty much stared at this for 10 minutes and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not actually a real dog, it’s one of those electric toy dogs and it’s trying to somersault or something and it’s getting stopped by the box, hence the weird movements.
I mainly think this because if you pay attention to it and watch closely it looks very odd and robot like, and the head turn at the end is really mechanical and unnatural.
Edit: it’s also some in sort of Chinese sweat shop so really who the fuck knows what is going on here??
“There's a pirate asleep in the pampas just beneath us,” Peter told him. “If you like, we'll go down and kill him.”
“I don't see him,” John said after a long pause.
“I do.”
“Suppose,” John said, a little huskily, “he were to wake up.”
Peter spoke indignantly. “You don't think I would kill him while he was sleeping! I would wake him first, and then kill him. That's the way I always do.”
“I say! Do you kill many?”
“Tons.”
John said “How ripping,” but decided to have tea first.

You should probably use this site next time: http://www.kids-in-mind.com - the site assigns objective ratings based on Sex/Nudity, Violence/Gore, and Profanity on a scale of 0-10 and explains why a film would rate high in each category. It's based on standards instead of age like PG-13 or R for people under 17.
Helpful tip: The $600 penalty that you're worried about is very likely avoidable.
Option a) If your insurance coverage premiums would have cost you more than about 8% of your income then the tax-time penalty does not apply. Details here: http://obamacarefacts.com/2016/11/03/affordability-exemptions-for-2017/
Option b) Since you've recently incurred significant medical debt that hardship exemption may apply: https://www.healthcare.gov/health-coverage-exemptions/hardship-exemptions/
Also, in another comment you indicated that you can't afford eat out much less travel. That suggests that your income may be low enough that you'll fall into the group of people that gets really good coverage from ACA plans at very affordable rates. Make sure that you check the exchange to see if that's true for you. I've seen people get plans with a $250 yearly out of pocket max for less than $100 a month if I recall correctly. That's insanely good coverage. Our taxes are heavily covering that type of coverage. Only those that are near the minimum income required to quality for using the marketplace would get those insanely good plan terms and prices.

>How can I share files anonymously through Tor?
>File sharing (peer-to-peer/P2P) is widely unwanted in the Tor network, and exit nodes are configured to block file sharing traffic by default. Tor is not really designed for it, and file sharing through Tor slows down everyone's browsing. Also, Bittorrent over Tor is not anonymous!
If it's any consolation to OR fans, when asked about the changes, SWTOR's developers have said Disney and Lucas haven't said no to it being canon. Instead they've said it's irrelevant, which is in any meaningful way true to begin with re:the events of the films.
I almost made the joke about Relay for Reddit -- but decided it worked better with old.reddit.com instead.
Honestly, if I didn't have a desk job in front of a computer I would likely never use desktop Reddit. But yes, all the new Reddit stuff sucks. And don't use the official app, it also sucks.
That's what I use. Highly recommend it. There are others. Just google search VPN services or something similar.
Read around and see what type of logging they do. Private Internet Access says they do very little. Only connection times to troubleshoot connection issues.
You should definitely use Kids in Mind before watching a movie with your kids. I don't have kids, but I do have nieces, and it is definitely a good source for seeing if it is safe to watch. I use it more often on seeing if a movie is good to watch with my parents, In-Laws, or anyone I might be uncomfortable to watch a risque movie with.
My friend recently got sent the exact same thing, one of his passwords as subject and the same threat/demand. It is with 99% certainty a bluff.
Try going to https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if your information has been leaked in a data breach. If it has, anyone can acquire that password and send an email, like the one you received, which means the video thing is most likely bullshit :)

There are many other comments here explaining why, let me quote some because I have a feeling you won't read them on your own:
/u/pargmegarg >They're not pulling shit. They're trying not be toxic to the way the web works. Non-intrusive ads were never the problem and they help keep a lot of really neat stuff (like reddit) free. You want to incentivise good ads rather than starving the market and forcing admakers to be sleazier and sleazier to make up for lost revenue.
and /u/PreOmega >The thing is, many of the people on Reddit feel like they should be able to use the resources of companies to access that companies' content while blocking all revenue that the company could make. What they don't understand is the consequences this is going to cause in the long run. It's simple entitlement, even completely acceptable, non-intrusive ads are unacceptable in their eyes.
I'll just leave this here: Adblock Plus is probably the reason Firefox and Chrome are such memory hogs
The chrome/firefox extension µBlock may be a better alternative.
I never heard anything about Hola until recently (yesterday I believe), where 5 subreddits I frequently go on were all mentioning about how Hola is pretty much malware.
Edit: Only posting one source because they all pretty much mention the same thing
Edit2: I recommend Private Internet Access. $35 a year. At least you know where they're getting their money from to keep running, right?
Use Relay for reddit if you are a Android user.

> A meta-analysis of 18 migrant studies found that a personal or family history of migration was associated with an approximately threefold risk elevation for schizophrenia (CantorGraae & Selten, 2005). Significantly higher risk estimates were observed among migrants from developing countries and among those from areas where the majority of the population is black. The authors also observed a higher risk for SGIs than FGIs; however, the meta-analysis was not adequately powered to provide a precise risk estimate, with only seven effect sizes from small second-generation samples.
TL;DR - Second generation immigrants from developing countries are high risk for schizophrenia compared to genpop.

i feel your pain. This semesters' books (electrical engineering major) would have costed me around ~400$. Sadly i couldn't get the books anywhere for a more affordable price so i resorted in the pdf format. Nothing beats studying from a handbook but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do....
A pretty good site with good prices out there is Abebooks. I picked a couple of used books for ~10 - 30$

Perhaps you should read what makes HDMI work. It is possible that you have a bad cable in the cheap cable, as in it is not working correctly, but as long as the HDMI standards match for both devices, a more expensive cable makes no difference.
I used this guide
It didn't take long to figure out that it has tons in common with photoshop, which I have some experience with. If you're having issues with GAP, my guess is it's installed incorrectly, or you could be loading a huge file that's causing the issue.
I didn't want to spend the time with a huge movie, and I don't know that my computer could have handled it, so I found a clip on youtube and used 4k video downloader to get it on my computer in mp4 format
The hard part was getting the size down. My first attempt was something over 20mb and it was the entire scene. I kept lowering the size and resolution, optimized, and started cutting frames from the beginning and end. Down to where it was just enough for the whole thing to make sense. Went from 202 frames to 121.
I think I did a good job for my first try, but I consider it a notch above acceptable. /u/EditingAndLayout sets the bar pretty damn high

Yeah, but something like a product placement or direct advertising via a content creator is really the best way for everyone. The content creator gets paid more for the ad then some skip in 5s video, and they can often make them entertaining. Both of these lead to better optics for whatever the ad is for.
Big Money Salvia/Internet Comment Etiquette has ads so good in his videos, there’s a whole sub-fandom around them. Like nobbleberry, his downton abbey/sherlockian british show/character invented just for his NordVPN ads, and had its own storyline even.
There is a more optimal way that can not only be unobtrusive, but even entertaining or enjoyable, and that helps support the content it is advertising on even greater, financially speaking.
Here is a $30 stand on Amazon that can support up to a 32" Monitor with literally the same functionality as the $1K stand apple is charging people
VPN stands for Virtual Private Network, and to explain it as simply as possible. It kind of acts like an internet side road, re-routing your traffic from else where. Your ISP will route your traffic through the "highway" so to speak, and its not very fast plus every one can see the "highway" you're on. By using a VPN your traffic doesn't go along the "highway" and instead takes a detour, a detour that can be highly encrypted if you so choose. Most people also end up reporting higher internet speeds as well because their ISPs throttle their connection, so by not going through your ISP's roads they can't slow you down. Fun stuff. I use PIA (Private Internet Access) for my VPN, I'd highly recommend it.

Wrong. Austria was a centralized state which just happened to be ruled by the guy who ruled the Holy Roman Empire. They were very much a nation at this time, just as much as France or Sweden were. Germany, sure, didn't exist as a single, unified nation, but Austria certainly did. And it certainly wasn't a collection of city states or anything-- those are it's foreign possessions, which make it stronger. It's like saying Spain wasn't a country because it owned Mexico or Denmark wasn't because it owned Norway. And Vienna being part of the Ottoman empire is just... really really wrong. Probably the biggest moment in their history was fighting off the Ottomans; and if you look on that map, the Ottoman border is nowhere near that of Austria.
Yo which O chem are you in? I organized this folder a while ago while I used to tutor O chem.
The bullshit answer the show's creators came up with is that Dothraki gold has a much lower melting temperature than gold we're familiar with.
Gold melts at 1948°F while a campfire can only get as hot as 930°F. This seems to be an oversight by George R.R. Martin as well as Drogo melts gold in a stew pot and pours it on Viserys after it's "half melted" in the book too.
Actually there are many positive effects of Birth Control for women.

I only downvoted you because I have seen this GIF posted every couple of days in this subreddit.
Its a great GIF, one of the better reaction GIFS I have ever seen, but I'm getting tired of seeing it over and over. Maybe if possible make some OC? Even if you don't get the flair, you would be injecting new life blood into the system. A system that stagnates and stops evolving: dies. I don't want that to this subreddit. This is possibly my favorite subreddit, but reposts run rampant on here. Reposts in themselves are not bad. But if everybody is just using the same 20 GIFs for everything, we are gonna get bored and leave. When that happens this subreddit will die. I don't want that to happen. /r/reactiongifs is amazing, be a part of the solution, not the problem.
Here are two websites that are simple and are used to make GIFs. I know its a lot of work, but it will be worth it.
Having had a few other burgers I feel like IiO's big trick is salt. It's just salty enough to keep you interested and wowed, but right next to a steakhouse's burger you see how much of a flash in the pan it is. That said the cheese and lettuce at IiO is so much higher quality than many other joints, it's the other aspect that wow people.
Recently The Habit was rated by pollers as the best fast food burger from Consumer Reports. I say check that shit out. Better than IiO, but California is a spoiled place where you can make those kind of grandiose statements.

Usually any VPN that says they encrypt is fine enough, but NordVPN is a fairly popular one as well as Private Internet Access VPN. Here is an article about the best VPN services, according to this author anyways. They're all good choices.
I saw the other user saying malware, and while they are right, it's a good bit worse than that. Malware is just a broad term.
Hola is a botnet, and it's using your IP to fulfill shady and downright illegal actions.
Here is how it works. Basically proxys like Tor and some other end to end encryption use things called nodes. Specifically 3 nodes: Entrance node, transfer node, and exit node.
Entrance and transfer nodes are safe because you are still inside of an encryption.
So the scenario crudely looks like this:
Someone logs in to Tor and is now encrypted and safely hidden from anyone's eyes. They proceed to go to illegal tor websites, maybe for drugs, maybe for illegal porn, maybe for hitmen so I've heard.
All is safe for this user so far. But now he has to dump all of his logs (evidence) into an exit node. The exit node is completely open to prying eyes. Exit is the closing end of the encryption. So the program will basically dump all of the logs onto an IP listed as an Exit node. It's the computer version of robbing a bank, leaving with the money, but fooling the cops and security cameras that it was you, because the exit node has you labeled as the ORIGINAL source of the data you just had dumped on you.
While in tor you can set your node. I'm guessing you can see why nobody wants to be an exit node right?
So how does tor get exit nodes if nobody wants to volunteer, like they do with entrance and transfer? Well Hola is one way! Create a VPN and in turn your IP is used as an exit node. The upside is that you get to watch other country netflix... Until the gov't is raiding your house because your IP has been found to be trafficking children or drug trades and YOU'RE the one on the hot seat for it.
tl:dr: Just buy a real VPN for like $40 a year. Private Internet Access is a great recommendation.
A: Yes, This one.
B: I get about 5 per month which ends up being a bit over a dollar or so. They usually show up within 20-40 minutes of me leaving a store asking me about my experience and yes, I have location services turned on.
There's actually a website they can use that you might link them to, its what I always go to for help with that kinda stuff. It might be something you already know about, but still.
Everyone doesn't have insurance, despite the requirement. It doesn't mean that everyone by law is given insurance no matter what, it just requires everyone to have some form of health insurance or else they will incur a penalty. That's where the Individual Shared Responsibility Payment comes in.
And here's a link that explains what happens if the absolute cheapest tier of medical insurance is still unaffordable for you based on your annual income. Like I said, just because the law made it so that everyone must have some form of health insurance doesn't mean that the law created a magical situation where everyone is immediately insured.
And regarding your second question, yes. That's one reason (among many) why there has been widespread criticism of the new plan from doctors and hospitals.
Some else please chime in and correct me if/where I'm wrong. I'm just going off my of my firsthand experience at three hospitals in three states, from a patient' point-of-view.

I used UnixUtils, but only because the security rules in the environment I'm working in wouldn't let me download Cygwin.
The difference is, UnixUtils just ports over the most common linux commands, and executes them using CMD commands. Cygwin build a linux-like layer over top of windows, allowing it to do pretty much anything Linux can do.

2) If you are content with wiping your computer, use DBAN. Nothing survives that.
As for cleaning your system without wiping, I'm sure there are plenty of free options available. (But I'm assuming you are using Microsoft Windows which is a system I haven't used for 15 years so I'll leave that to others.)
Doing freelance and forgetting to do your quarterly withholding is a bad thing. Don't do it.
Yeah, you're not understanding how shareholder rules work. You need a majority, not a plurality to be considered the owner, but you could say he's the largest individual co-owner at roughly 2% of the overall stock. There are also 9 other mutual funds that hold more stock than Lucas in the company.
Imgur upped the limit to 5 MB for standard accounts.

Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood, here are some Trailers
It's also easy to revert back to the old design in Chrome. You can't roll back gmail to classic gmail anymore.
They apparently fixed it, according to Kotaku.
While I agree with your second point, any MP game will eventually be like that down the line. A year from now, some people will have just picked up the game while others who've been playing since day 1 will have the better equipment. I mean, I bought Battlefield 1 a few months after launch and everyone already had Hellriegels and it took me a while to catch up.
Third best, I think.
California and New York have Texas beat for total covid deaths. Florida has ~15000 to catch Texas.
Texas has less than 2000 to make it into second, and a bit over 11000 to take first.

Seriously though, got myself linux as a dual boot because I kinda got fed up with microsoft's bullshit. Really liking it here. Half of my steam games work on linux too, so that appears to become less of an excuse as time goes on. Requires learning and tinkering for sure, but it's not impossible. Big hiccup for a windows user is getting adjusted to CLI, but once you start getting the hang of it, it gets pretty neat.
Vive la revolucion!
No worries, Here is a good compilation of GIFs that one of the moderators is working on. It has a lot of the more popular, constantly re-posted GIFs.
Note: I would NOT post/re-post any of these on /r/reactiongifs as you can be sure they have been posted within the past few days and are very unlikely to garner any real upvotage.
It will save you the hassle of trying to google search for GIFs and also they will be on a very popular/reliable host, imgur.
Five of them jumped from the nest, three made it out alive. Ducklings must follow their mother down the cliff from the nest to feed, they're not yet able to fly so they leap.
Edit: The gif comes from a documentary titled Life Story and appears in episode 7, six minutes in.

Can you download TOR browser on the down low?
If not, then you have two other options
It was cheaper between August and June than it is now on 'Prime Day'. Granted, the average is $47, but still... Meh.
My advice to Amazon is simple. You don't need to compete with others, because they're trying to compete with you. Stop making it easier for them. Focus more on the things people actually care about. Like, not increasing the cost of Prime for shit that nobody wants.
Well as a follow up bit of advice, everyone seems to use uTorrent as their go-to client, but I've never been a fan of that particular client. I use one called Deluge. I can't speak for everyone, but I seem to get better download rates with it than I do with uTorrent, (but then again, I live in Australia so a "good" download rate for me is like .00003kb/h or so. Thanks Tony Abbot!)
