What is Reddit's opinion of Mouse & Keyboard Remote?

I use this app fairly frequently, but I haven't had E:D for long enough (started playing last week) to figure out how I'd use it. Just figured I'd toss out an idea though. The custom actions might be worth looking into, but you might need a tablet-sized touchscreen to make hitting the C1-C12 buttons during combat less of a tossup.
