I mean, technically it's not a firearm part here is the die from Amazon by itself, and here is a kit that doesn't appear to have issues shipping to CA. Looking at other stuff on their site there are CA bullshit warnings on same stuff. It is literally a die, handle, piece of metal with good threads to start, and some cutting fluid.

I got a springer version for $12 on Amazon, the thing sucks and has a range of less than 10 ft. I didn't get it mainly for that though, I got it so that I would see if it fit my current holster. It does. Perfectly.

Amazon has 500 empty .68 paintball shells for $150, i figure you could probably get 6-8 bbs per paintball and they’d actually fire. The downside here is that unless they’re shitty, the shell won’t actually break apart until it hits the target, defeating the entire purpose of a shotgun...
