Yes, download it here (or you'll miss the VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers). This VPN is working well, but at the moment i have some troubles downloading patches from the game client so i can't say much about this vpn while playing the game.

I can't believe im still replying to you. Im def getting baited here.
> Yup 30~60fps on medium/high settings in 1080p from a game released in 2011. Well optimised definitely. What means they are terribly optimised. Sure you don't need a butter smooth fps for PvE, go do PvP in 20-30fps too.
As i said, they are optimised as much as possible and are perfectly playable. Large scale pvp is going to run at low frame rates no matter what. > For non-commercial use sure its free, now go make a game, publish it and monetize it, and see what Epic does :) (more here https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/previous-versions/udk-licensing-resources). Highly modified means UE3.5, Bless on the other hand runs on the 3... but ya Neowiz. And the gain is not very little, the gain is in optimization and better visuals and apparently UE4 handles networking better than 3, few reasons why NCSoft decided to move Blade & Soul to UE4.
If a studio develops and publish it a mmorpg the licensing fees is literaly pennies to them. Highly modified does not mean UE3.5 wtf are u even about. Highly modified means its modified to the studios needs and desires and its not UE3.5 or 3.7 or whatever, its modified UE3. Bless does not run on vanilla UE3. NCSoft is porting BnS to UE4 because they already made 3 mobile games with UE4 (one being a direct port of pc version to mobile). And its going to do jack shit, maybe the lighting may look better ?
> They are optimised as much possible. In all 3 of those I get 30-60fps on medium, high settings 1080p. Fucking Tera doesnt even need high frame rate to play. I was clearing end game dungeons on 20-30fps and it was perfectly playable.

> Buy UE3 ? What the fuck? Unreal engine is free. BnS, Tera, Bless were all made in 2009-2011 using highly modified UE3 engine. UE4 didnt even existed back then. Studios that still use UE3 in their games have very little reason to upgrade to UE4 because its a huge amount of work for very little gain.
For non-commercial use sure its free, now go make a game, publish it and monetize it, and see what Epic does :) (more here https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/previous-versions/udk-licensing-resources). > Popular for what ? mmorpg's ? Please give me a list mmorpgs that are developed using unity.
Here you're right, confused it with Hero Engine, but that's crappy graphics wise compared to UE3.

And why Epic would refuse a licence to someone? Even if Blue Hole sued Epic, it's just 100% beneficial for Epic that Blue Hole make their game on UE3. In bussiness, there is no emotional point of view, all that counts is benefits. https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/eula
Even if Epic refuses a licence to Blue Hole (which is a complete dumb choice), Blue Hole got much other choices of game engines (like cryengine).
Furthermore, the fact that Blue Hole continues to develop A:IR on UE3 proves that...
And I already responded to the Trailer issue so read better instead of reiterate please.
I had the same problem using NordVPN as VPN-Service. Instead of selecting "fastest" when connecting to a Thai VPN, I had to specifically use Server #2 or #3 and it worked! sounds crazy, but idea, what the actual problem behind it could be though
