If you're truly interested about Anarchy, then there are multitudes of books you should read. Many of them are online for free.
The first book that changed my life was "Economics in One Lesson", by Henry Hazlitt. This book shows perfectly that almost all spending by a government wastes resources.
The second, which answers your question more directly, would be "Chaos Theory", by Robert P. Murphy.
Start with those two relatively short books.
