This is how it is worded on the same item on Amazon:
Our warranty promise At Anker, we believe in our products. We therefore equip all with a lifetime warranty and offer friendly and quick customer service. reference
You can buy it from Amazon.com and if you put in your Canadian address, you should be able to buy it and pay like $8 to ship it to Canada
I had the same issue. They were too shallow fitting for the depth. I have Life P2's and the stem from the driver body is longer. I get an easy fit with those.
I contacted Soundcore to see if they made a larger version, and eventually, they did send me some large enough to seal. With the stock bunch that came with the LA2P's, it wasn't even close. (I got them right when they came out, so maybe since then they've included the ones that worked out for me.)
But it sounds like you already returned them. I know this isn't too much help, but I feel ya.
Before I got the replacements from Soundcore I got these and the largest ones work well.
It looks like the driver/stem look about the same between the two, so maybe roll the dice again with the tips that I linked you'll probably be able to make either of them work.
There are many PowerPort Atom III models, so I am not sure exactly which one you are referring to, but in general, look for 60W USB-C output for laptops... something like <strong>PowerPort II 60W</strong>.
It's gotta be the cable you have.
You could try this one out. I bought it about a month ago and use it for both meetings and for gaming and the audio is perfect, people can hear me with no problems and everyone else sounds perfect
As I said, unless you're looking to charge a device at more than 3A (60W), you don't need to worry about the cable spec.
For extra peace of mind, though, you can look for a cable that is USB-IF certified. The cheapest one I can find from Anker is this one.
I found these

Unless those Q30s have a wired option, audio latency is going to be a big issue, especially most laptops and PCs typically use SBC as the Bluetooth codec of choice. If you can wire your Q30s, then just get an external mic, and you're golden
Yes, BUT it will deteriorate the lifespan of the battery over time. This popular science article explains in more detail.
Regardless, I am doing this now as a temporary solution, understanding the risks. However I plan on eventually switching to always plugged in speaker. If Anker had a switch (or even option in app) that allowed it to be powered solely by USB, (disabling charging) I think that would be great, but TBH I think the 5V 2A or 10W max charging speed is not enough to power the speaker at higher volumes, especially with bass boost. Though I could be wrong.
From an Anker Amazon Answer: Please note you can use this speaker while charging it, but we don't suggest you use this speaker like this way as it will deteriorate the battery lifespan of your speaker.
If I had to guess, they updated the Liberty chipset to include Bluetooth 5 (probably because the rest of the Zolo/Anker/Soundcore lineup does, so easier manufacturing) and in the process updated their packaging but not their website yet.
FWIW, Amazon also shows them with BT5:
Zolo Liberty Total-Wireless Earphones, Bluetooth Earbuds with Graphene Driver Technology and 24 Hours Battery Life, Sweat Resistant Total-Wireless Earbuds with Smart AI https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075JBP2P7
Here's one that I got a couple weeks ago during an Amazon sale:
FYI I emailed Anker asking if there was any way I could order it and guarantee getting the "fixed" version. Here is their reply:
> You can order the PowerCore 10000 PD from our store on Amazon now to get the latest version.
>Here is the product link for your reference.
>Please be assured that we always stand behind our products, providing an 18-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing related issue. In case you need any further assistance from us in the future, please feel free to let us know and we will be always here to help you out.
And it does look like they removed the disclaimers from the Amazon listing.
I need a few of these! When is the ETA? I was planning on buying: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078NKPGW9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_sKczFbXXH6BS5
But will wait, if the these upgraded ones are better and coming very soon.
The Anker Powerline III USB-C to USB-C cable is your only Anker option for including an eMarker, unless you get into the way more expensive ThunderBolt cables. It is 6 feet long.
For 3 feet you'll need to go outside of Anker. Look for USB-C to USB-C 2.0 cables which list support for 5A/100W. Those will work for your phone.

Aye, I've used Ampere before. And recently installed AccuBattery but haven't tested it out properly yet. Any other good ones?
Found a couple Cyber Monday ones:
Just wanted to say I appreciate you updating the thread Joshua.
Also the 735 deal has come back at least for Sunday 11/27: Anker 735 on Amazon.
Sorry, I'm a complete dumbass. I misread the title. Let me look.
This product for example, can be seen using an Anker charger to power it via a standard USB-C cable. I would look around amazon or Ankers own website for ones with pictures where you can clearly see the cable connection. However, this one is only 10W.
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Wireless-PowerWave-Upgraded-Fast-Charging/dp/B07THHQMHM
For portability, have you thought about the Anker wireless Power Banks? It's a wireless charger with the kind of USB-C input you want, and it also has a backup battery inside it. Just thought maybe this could be something that interests you?
Sorry again for misunderstanding, hopefully you can find your charger :)
You need a charger and a power bank.
This is the power bank to get for the MBP:
I prefer Satechi chargers over Anker:
Satechi 108W USB-C 3-PORT GAN WALL CHARGER
Satechi is currently on sale: 25% Off With Code BFCM25 or 30% Off $150+ Orders With Code BFCM30
The Anker power bank you might want to wait till Black Friday/Cyber Monday. It was on sale for $100 last month, $50 less than it is now.
I'd wait till this one goes on sale again:
Anker 737 Power Bank (PowerCore 24K), 24,000mAh 3-Port Portable Charger with 140W Output
It has more capacity and supports PPS and PD 3.1 140W. Was on sale for $100 last month.
>I'm sorry to say, but as of writing it's around $40 on Amazon.
I think your information is wrong because This is the one I bought. It is still C$60, so I don't know where you got your info, and I have another Anker power bank which is around $100, a while back, and this is what I did, I bought it on Amazon.
I read your whole paragraph but calling $60, and a $100 Powerbank cheap and my choice is reasonable, that's a bit of a stretch; I have been buying Anker products since they were on the market a decade ago!
My issue was whether it is an actual product or not because the package came damaged + no mesh case, but the cable came with it. So the point is closed!
They need to cut those prices in half; their competition:
Cable Matters 48Gbps USB C to HDMI Adapter Supporting 4K 120Hz and 8K HDR - $32
Cable Matters USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 Adapter with 8K@60hz, 4K@144hz and HDR Support - $20
Anker chargers that aren't marked GanPrime seem to work just fine.
I've been using this for a while and haven't had any issues so far.
Not sure if this is against the rules but Anker does not have a product that works...
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but if you're still wondering, with some finesse and some small modifications, you can adapt any Studio 3 covers for the Anker Q35s. A hobby knife is all I used.

While this isn't an earbud, personally I've been thinking of trying something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09W8QDXZZ
But even then I just search the reviews and see people saying it's not good for side sleepers, that its too hard
I wonder if its even possible create anything good for side sleepers
Or for $50 this 20000 PD 20W.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SFS9J2K

I suggest 10Ah is good for when it's carried on your person, but otherwise if you're with a bag then get the 20Ah.
A lot of these USB-C to DC cables don't play nice, especially ones that supports a ton of different laptops.
I use this one for my ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 3:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0831H3GW
Though I'm using a different battery pack...
I fixed the link:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0831H3GWG
Cablecc Type C USB-C to Rectangle 11.0x4.5mm Power Plug PD Emulator Trigger Charge Cable for ThinkPad X1 Carbon
Mine also says IQ3 on the USB-C port. I have model A1245.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LH26PFT/
This listing still lists the model as A1244, so they likely released a new revision but didn't update the Amazon listing. The new revision says IQ3.
Unless the seal was broken on arrival or there is something else wrong with it you're likely OK.
I was never charging it with the USB-C cable. I've been trying to use this power adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ND8BC8N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share to charge. It takes USB-C input (from the 24k) and outputs through the specific laptop port that you can attach on the other end.
I want to know why because I can use this cable just fine when plugged into a wall but not with the 24k. It's def not a wattage issue because the 24k can output more than enough for a laptop.
Unfortunately I can't use that because the Lenovo Flex 15 doesn't charge through the USB-C port (very annoying). It only charges through the one single charging port that is exclusive to lenovo laptops.
I tried using this cable and it charges fine when connected to a wall charger but the laptop gives an error when connected to the 24k through this cable. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ND8BC8N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My other devices charge fine through the 24k, just my laptop has the issue. I guess I can try another cable like this but there's no gaurentee it would work.
If you’re asking for an alternative product, I bought this and I love it. I no longer need the USB-A port since this has 3 C ports. Alternative
If you're issue is a fast draining phone then you need something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LH26PFT/

You keep it permanently connected via a short cable, and it keeps your phone fully charged, it's similar size/shape to the phone and you have it placed underneath and carry together. You then recharge the 10000 PD Slim from a 18W PD charger like you'd want to own for an iPhone anyway. Gives about 2 full phone recharges.

You'd need to own a USB-C to USB-C cable to recharge the 10000 PD Slim, it comes bundled with one. And own either a USB-C to Lightning or a USB-A to Lightning cable to connect the 10000 PD to your phone, which you'd probably own to recharge the phone off either a USB-A 5V 2.4A or a USB-C 9V 2A charger.
Liberty 3 Pros can be had for $90 on amazon, https://www.amazon.com/Soundcore-Liberty-Cancelling-Wireless-Playtime/dp/B09L88WF7G/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3PG7WQRWZZL43&keywords=Liberty+3+pro&qid=1663378101&s=electronics&sprefix=liberty+3+pro%2Celectronics%2C195&sr=1-3, so i wouldnt risk it and just grab them there.
head too smoll, get swol
seriously though, unfortunately it won't be perfectly fixable. There are thicker headphone pad accessories like this that might help,
There are also headphones specifically for children (i.e., smaller heads), though not as many with ANC or other nice features.
As far as "adult" ones that do work a bit better on smaller heads, Sony's Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless are great performers and have a tight fit/small band when fully retracted (I've seen 10 year olds wear them comfortably, if that gives you some idea). But they are certainly more pricey than they space q45s. I also am not sure they are such a jump in quality for that price, but htey do have some nice features.
For power backup, actually you don't any speed at all, the slower of these is plenty fast enough. I'd go for the lowest cost. If the cost difference is small then go for the 20W PD version as it recharges faster. For power being intermittent you probably want faster recharge as often unreliable power just after an outage is common.
The best way to handle an outage is immediately plug in the Powercore and keep it connected to the phone, do not disconnect when phone charged. This gets around 20% more total phone battery life out of a given Powercore capacity. Then when outage ends try to keep the charged phone connected to wall charger and connect the Powercore to wall charger to begin recharging it in case the power is soon going to go out again.

There's a 3rd product to consider, it's a price between the two you mentioned.
I use some comply tips that I bought for Sony XM3's. Fit is good but it's a bit of a struggle to get the buds to charge in the case.
how does this compare to this model?
Any reasons to get one over the other?
I just ordered the Q30, and was doing research about the ear pads so I will be ready when I need to replace them in the future. I just found: https://www.amazon.com/Geekria-QuickFit-Replacement-Soundcore-Headphones/dp/B09B3SSM68 and having purchased replacement pads for my Logitech PC headset from this seller (Geekria) in the past, I trust that the product quality is good.
Speaking from experience, you’re really going to want a good, higher output power adapter to charge the batteries in a 20K power bank. It takes hours to fully charge a power bank of that capacity, but if you can do in 4 hours instead of 8 or 12 it will make your portable power source(s) that much more useful on a backpacking trip.
Have a look at this one. This in an excellent charger to travel with, and might be the only charger required.
Anker USB C Charger, 735 Charger (Nano II 65W)Anker
I honestly don't know why Anker insists on shipping chargers with USB-A in 2022.
All new electronics are being released with USB-C. There are dirt cheap USB-C to USB-A converters if one really needs to use a USB-A cable.
Anker even makes them, but they're overpriced: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HZ6PS61
They could have easily put in three USB-C ports on the Anker 735 charger and shipped a USB-C to USB-A adapter in the box.
Ok guys I figured it out.
Yes you can remove and replace the earpads. You need a small flathead screwdriver or a prying tool. There is a small clip at the top of the earpads, parallel with the chassis of the headphones. Insert your flat tool in the little seam separating the earpads and the driver housing and push until the tool stops. Then pry away from the driver housing and the clip should detach, allowing you to pull the earpads away.
I have found that the life q10 earpads do in fact fit the life 2 neo. To reinstall the earpads onto the headphones, align the earpad to the clips on the headphones, then push until you hear a click. You need all six clips attached in order to secure the earpad onto the headphones. Here is a link to the earpads I bought.
If you take a close look at the pictures on the listing, you will see six empty slots on the back of the earpads. These six slots line up to the clips on the headphones. Using the slots shown, you can guess where the clips are on the actual headphones. I hope this helps.
By the way, I don't know how to attach pictures to reddit replies and/or comments so just bear with me. If someone can tell me how to do that, I might just send a photo of my models as demonstration. Thanks.
So seems there's either a renaming or something amiss.

There is a 735 non-GaNPRIME out e.g. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09C5RG6KV

So either the number 735 is wrong, or they just relaunch it with a GaNPRIME written on side.
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Supports-Display-Transfer-Charging/dp/B09YM3V7NX/
yeah... it's almost like they created this new product to generate profits on the confusion, it's not a better product than their existing option, just called a higher tier and priced more for a worse product. not loving the new direction anker
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Supports-Display-Transfer-Charging/dp/B09YM3V7NX/
This is worse in every way than the Anker 515 cable being sold for 34.99$
So... it costs the same, and has a lower charging profile and worse data speeds. how is theis a 7 and the other a 5? the naming scheme, the pricing, the sheer existance of this product confuses me when anker itself sells a markably better product for the same or better price.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LH26PFT
This one has USB-C output at 20W. It's $30 with coupon now. It was $20 on Prime Day.
It is annoying that they sell the outdated version of the power bank and confuse people.
Hi, u/Gandeldalf, <strong>PowerCore 10000 Redux (25W)</strong> (affiliate link) is the best option for your OnePlus Nord!
Pretty sure I ordered the same ones but in a two pack. Here is the link Anker cables 2 pack Bought mine back in December 2020 and they still work just fine. I charge my Chromebook tablet, my girls iPad ( the newer ones have a USB-C charging port), and my Anker battery pack. If I was you I would just send them back and let Anker know. It’s not worth the hassle of trying to fix them when it might void the warranty.
As far as I can tell, these are all Anker cords from the Anker store on Amazon
ICYMI: Anker's 511 PowerCore Fusion 5K is available to order now from Amazon for $49.99 with immediate shipping.
Looking at your phone specs. The fastest way would be usb-c to usb-c for fast charging. At least an usb-c 20W PD.
This has only 18W. But it does usb-c output.
No, the anker powerbank charging through usb-a is vastly superior to charging through a laptop usb-a.
Hi, u/4Kmemento, note that while your camera requires a high input to run and charge, you might not need a battery quite that large. Consider <strong>PowerCore III 19K 60W</strong> (affiliate link), which has a slightly smaller capacity than the 537 but is just as powerful as the 737
Scroll down here you see a table showing differences
Good to know they are catering for the lower end, but seems somewhat backwards compared with the Powercore II 6700 they did years ago , I paid $15 for it 6 years ago and is still working and something of an EDC when I just need enough to last a long day with no bag, these sizes fit on your belt.

In my opinion, the best portable charger option for the XR is the Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 USB-C PD. While you can use a USB-A cord, for almost same price you can get an inexpensive USB-C to Lightning cord that will fast-charge the XR with the portable charger from zero to 50% in just 30 mins.

Ah not quite half price but about £10 difference, I was looking at this one in the U.K.
Indeed it doesn’t mention anything about PPS in the specs, that’s something we want?
I'm pretty sure the adapter it comes with is for an airplane and just splits the left and right channels. So it was probably using you left speaker as a microphone, that's why it was so quiet.
I think this is the sort of thing you'd want: amazon.com/dp/B071DMCZQF
I got this one. It will serve my purpose but it's not that great.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LS6X1RM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I put either a zip tie or a rubber band around it to make sure it doesn't fall off. The craftsmanship is a bit shotty but it fits if even not exact and it gives me a loop to put on my lanyard. Wish I could find a hard case.
The fit is AWFUL and it doesn’t help that they are an irregular shape and so you have to order customized ear tips. I easily spent double what I paid for the buds pro (and I preordered so their price was insanely high - especially when compared to the way they dropped in price in the months following their release!! 😵😖).
I have tried comply memory foam, foam masters, spinfit, diofit, CharGen- all the usual suspects (and these brands charge $20-$30 for about a dime-sized amount of memory foam 🙈)
Finally I got lucky and these Azla “Crystal” tips in size MS are a GODSEND!
then I read about these double flange tips and they have finally made the galaxy buds pro useable and not just useable - quite comfortable and reliable (and I am genuinely still surprised to write this lol😅)
Bro, I'm not an electrical engineer but this charger was £20 and charges the powerbank fully in 8 hours. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07GSNZJ8R/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_KWMD8VAABVXNPHE0KMGQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 hope the UK link works.
I can't recall whether or not the switch charger supports PD, so I would say probably not?

I don't think it would work for you.
Using the Magnetic Pad for the iPhone will automatically pull the maximum USB-C output to 45W. Doing the iPhone, MBP and iPad Pro will give you 30W for the MBP, 20W for the iPad.

I would look at the 537
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Charger-PowerPort-Charging-Station/dp/B09J1XTLJ6/
60W to the MBP
30W to the iPad Pro
20W to the iPhone
They have other options that might be in your price range.
2 options from anker.
Both come with a 65 watt gan charger for the extra 20 I would future proof.
It should work at 5W charging speeds.
To get the full 7.5W/10W wireless charging speeds you would need something like
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077HFFLMS/ref=emc\_b\_5\_t?th=1
Or
It does not auto switch to mono. If you're on Android, you can use something like this app to add a quick settings toggle for mono mode in your status bar. Full disclosure, I've never used this app, but its description and reviews indicate that it should do what you need.
So i was bummed i missed the discounted pre order, but its actually on amazon and i have it now, its working with just the USB C into my pc without the AC adapter so seems to be fine without it (plugged into the "data" usb c port). The only issue right now is their software isnt available so i cant do any adjustments
So I actually just got this AOHI 65W charger and it's been doing the trick, especially since it has a read out of the watts on the charging cable. Tbh I'm an Anker fanboy but I decided to switch it up a bit and so far so good with these guys.

I recommend this one. My SO and in laws have it and love it.

The soundcore q35 are a steal at 129 but right now they should still be on sale for only 90.99 which is a steal Deal of the day: Soundcore by Anker Life Q35 Multi Mode Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, Bluetooth Headphones with LDAC for Hi Res Wireless Audio, 40H Playtime, Comfortable Fit, Clear Calls (Obsidian Blue) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08X3PRQTD/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_dl_8ZFPBB1RBSAAWDRNNB4N
COMPLY TrueGrip Pro TW-200-A Replacement Earbud Tips
I bought these and another pair (Comply Comfort Plus Tsx-200 Memory Foam Earphone Tips), both fit much more comfortably in my ear than the base ear tips (these are Amazon links, but I am sure you can get them elsewhere). I agree with another poster the base is not narrow enough to not cause pressure on your ears, but these helped a lot with comfort and long term wearing. Note the second pair would not allow the LA2Ps to fit in the charger case without removing the tips first (they were too deep in length), but the first pair linked above does, so I use them exclusively now. They come in many sizes so you will have to experiment, as someone else posted, everyone's ears are different.
I hope this helps you or anyone else having the same issue!
Hi, u/Callump01, PowerCore III Elite 25600 87W just hasn’t made it to the UK for some reason, so the best option for your Surface Laptop 2 is <strong>PowerCore III Elite 25600 60W</strong>. Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any further questions!
if using often what are you carrying in?
If in clothing then a slab shape fits better, if in a bag then a cylindrical shape is physically smallest lightest.
If I'm leaving for an overnight I carry this

Yes, using the current Roav Viva app. Running Android 9 (Pie) on my Pixel 2 phone.

I keep running this speed test (https://fast.com/) and am getting between 4Mbps and 20Mbps
although I read in Consumer Reports the infotainment system in my 2013 Toyota rates poorly.

Maybe the bluetooth connection is a factor?
I contacted Anker and they got back to me with a previous firmware version (V039) and the following message:
>Please note this new firmware can only resolve the microphone issues currently. If your speaker doesn't have this problem, you don't need to update the firmware and it won't affect the performance of your speaker.
I've installed the old version and it's now working correctly. I didn't had any microphone issues though, although I can't say I use it.
Here's a link for the old firmware https://gofile.io/?c=g8cnt8
As /u/BrianGlory said, I also recommend you contact Anker for support (<em>[email protected]</em>) to make clear they have an issue in their latest firmware version (V047).

Anker are all pretty solid. I got the flow, but returned it when I realized it doesn't have the lifetime warranty a lot of their other cables have. Bit shady in my book, I'd rather have a braided cable that I can get replaced for free if it wears out, so I have this one now
I’ve always preferred the powerline II at 6ft. They’re a fantastic value at only $16.

I just bought these and the ear wings are perfect to fit on the buds and hold it in very strong. Very comfortable too. The shape of the airport pro and the LA2P's are very close to the same. You have to take them off though to get the earbuds in the case to charge
I really enjoy these headphones! I think the sound quality is awesome and the noise cancellation is excellent. The default preset is a bit bland but the "Rock" preset makes a big difference and does the trick for me. Similarly, the other presets work great for other genres.
That being said, I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile. I used to have below-average headphones for years, and in lossless-vs-lossy tests I normally score 50/100 (which basically means that I can't tell the difference.) I also have an old pair of Bose On-Ear Headphones and in my opinion, the Anker Q30 sounds better.
I'd recommend the Q30 for the average listener without a doubt. Still, if you consider yourself an audiophile, please look for a review from a fellow audiophile :)
Finally, regarding the cracks - yes, my pair is missing a small piece of plastic next to the upper cushion.
Currently thinking about buying this
Ancient thread but I just wanted to say that this Anker charger (the PowerPort Atom III) cannot charge my PS5 controllers. Well it sort of can; the USB A IQ2 port does work to charge it with a A-to-C cable. The USB C IQ3 port does not work. I've tried several cables.
This is the first USB-C device I've found that fails to charge with Anker's charger. Gonna blame Sony for that.
